This stuff is terribly good. Breakfast CHAMPION... But great for everything from melts and grilled cheeses, to french toast or bread pudding. Because it comes in a two pack I usually freeze one straight away, and ok ndulge on the fresh pack within a week. Good taste, good quality, great texture & thickness, decent ingredients.

This makes the best toasted sandwiches. Great as a grilled cheese as well. Wouldn’t use for regular sandwiches, I feel like it’s too much bread for that. But specialty sandwiches are kicked up a notch with this.

Don’t use Sams home delivery. Drivers are terrible.

The crumb is what you would expect for brioche but this is a cloyingly sweet bread. In fact, sugar is the third ingredient, right behind flour and water. Also, there are no eggs in this bread. Brioche is supposed to contain both butter and eggs. I should have looked more closely. I will not purchase this again.
