Purchased this freezer a little over a month ago to replace a larger freezer. Not made as well as my older freezer but I expected that. We wanted 2 but store only had 1 available. We picked ours up at Sam’s Club and glad we did because the packing was less than adequate for shipping. Great value for the price.. Will be buying another one this week.

Just brought it home last afternoon . Still waiting for 24 hours to pass , before i can plug it in . THIS wouldnt be necessary if your stock boys wouldnt be laying them on THE SIDE . Refridgerators / freezers need to be upright. My other comment I'd like to add is that the information you depict should be ACCURATE . You show a dimension of 32.6 inches wide and people are measuring things for their spaces at home or wherever the appliance will be . Here, i get the freezer unboxed and discover that it's almost 36 inches wide. Now , fortunately i can improvise , but other buyers may have problems. As far as usage and reliability , etc. , i cant comment but will follow up and edit in the future. For the time being, its a sharp looking unit. Black wasnt my first choice , but it will do .

So far, this hasn't been a bad experience, I ordered it 2.5 days ago and it's already here! There's a few, what appear superficial dents, a ripple on the side, Hopefully they didn't knock anything loss inside. and nothing on the front or top. it took less than 30 minutes to start getting frosty inside. I left delivery instructions for FedEx to deliver to the garage but he brought it up the side stars on the side of the building tot he front door. but what do you expect from FedEx! I'm surprised they didn't kick the FedEx logo into the front of it!!! It says it is garage ready, up to 110°F, I don't think it gets that hot in there it's inside in the shade, but it's been that hot outside here in Vegas the last few weeks, we will see how it holds up!

I purchased this freezer almost a month ago, and I absolutely love it! My unit arrived in perfect condition, and it was light and easy to set up. For this price, it is a real bargain.
