Have been using this for a month now and it seems to be working properly and without any glitches. Great addition to our larger coffee maker (brand withheld) when we want just one cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the spur of the moment!

We love our Mini-K we use it everyday just needs a tuneup occasionally to keep the coffee hot and delicious. We love the size and ease of use plus the service from Keurig is great. My wife bought one for her best friend and she loves it too,

My K-Mini stopped making coffee in less than a year after purchasing. Keurig was easy to work with, sent me a return mailing label to send it back to the company and a few weeks later, a new K-Mini arrived at my door.

This Individual Keurig is great because the water reservoir is removable for filling for each use, which means that you never have old water sitting in the machine. It is also compact enough to store out of sight when you need/want to.

I ordered this Keurig for my grandma it does not work. Would like a new one sent to me. Does not brew the coffee at all, leaks water all over the place . And there is not a hole at the bottom or where the k cup goes to make coffee

I bought one earlier and water was pouring out the bottom. I had already thrown away my box, but the lady at Keurig was so nice and asked for the sn# and then another one.

Perfect size for a small space. You fill it up each time you make a cup, and it takes a little longer to brew than a full size Keurig, but overall, a great coffee maker.

I was very upset when it stopped working. After notifying your company of the problem I have been very impressed and pleased with the response. and quick replacement of the coffee maker. Thank you for your help! I can now enjoy my coffee again.

The Keurig Customer Service was great. On the other hand this Keurig Mini sucks. The older model was much bigger but never poured out all over the counter and never had an issue supplying water.

Wish it brewed 16 oz drinks as most of my travel cups are 16 oz or larger. Any chance of a larger reservoir could be swapped out or adapted to current model? Or is the brewer only capable for current amounts?
