Has some strange issues. Overall I would say it's okay. Kind of hard to turn on. You have to keep lifting up the dispenser section and shutting it back down to get it going. But it's nice that it takes up so little room on your counter.

My Keurig was defective. I called the company and asked if I had any warranty time left. They said yes, and i received my coffee maker in about a week and a half. Customer support was excellent! Thank you,

We will mainly use this Keurig for weekend and longer trips away from home. For that, this brewer surprised with its need for only a narrow counter space and how compact it is while being moved. Well designed!

I got a kurieg for a gift and it broke down. They replaced it with no receipt in a week. My other kuriegs have always lasted for years so I'm sure it was a fluke. So happy wirh kurieg and tell everyone what wonderful customer service they have.

Very good coffee machine and cheapest price out of all that I’ve looked for. Bought this for my dorm room so I could have coffee and this thing works great! Wasn’t difficult to install and makes coffee swiftly and efficiently. Would recommend!

I bought this for my dad as a Christmas gift as he wanted one to travel with. N This is very convenient for travel and easy to use, I would have rated 5 stars if the heating was faster, it takes about 2 minutes to get coffee to pour.

Just bought this new mini plus less than a month ago. How can it be out of wzrranty. I purchased it to replace a mini plus that was only out of year warrany by a month and was not working. I hope this one will work longer.
