If this is ypur frst Keurag you might not notice how slow it is to get it running to brew. Otherwise it does the job. I love how slim the design is so it can fit anywhere

I tried to get trouble shooting help, which was pathetic (unplug and reply’s, flip the handle up and down), although the guy was nice. He very quickly went to selling me a new one. I had no idea this one was out of warranty. Makes me most unhappy.

Loved the little machine, perfect for small spaces. Takes very little space and cute little container to store pods. Wish I didn’t have to fill exact amount of water. I like small cups of coffee. So have to Measure every time. Overall happy with it.

The 3 coffee makers sent to me all spray coffee out on the counter (and on the back where cup sits) towards the end of the cycle. Not a happy camper. Coffee tastes great though.

This Kurig mini plus was a long coming, I've wanted a coffee maker like this for a long time. it's perfect when you want a fresh cup of coffee quickly. The refillable cups work well too. I'm so pleased with this machine. You will be pleased too!

We will mainly use this Keurig for weekend and longer trips away from home. For that, this brewer surprised with its need for only a narrow counter space and how compact it is while being moved. Well designed!

I love that it’s compact is out-of-the-way and blends in. But it is glitchy it works slow and I haven’t had it long but this morning it took me three attempts to get one cup of coffee so I’m hoping that this isn’t going to keep happening

After having an issue with my K-Mini Plus, Keurig honored the warranty and sent a replacement immediately. A great product along with excellent customer service.

I bought the Keurig mini and it’s splattered all over my counter. Every time I used it so Keurig sent me another one same model same thing happened so they now sent me the Keurig mini plus still a small splatter

This machine looks great and takes up little counter space. You have to put water in each time you brew, but it works perfectly and was exactly what I wanted.
