This is perfect size for the counter, Brews nicely, little louder than the bigger Keurig that I have, but its ok. Only thing I don't like is that most mornings I have to switch the plug to a different plug-in, in order for it to turn on..Not sure why.

I used to have a keurig when they were first on the market and I liked it a lot, but at that time there weren’t a ton of options for pods and the machine itself was touchy and I experienced some issues. After nearly a decade of using a regular drip coffee maker, I decided to dive back into keurig. I’m glad I did! I love my little machine! The removable water reservoir is very convenient. I like that the drip tray is removable so I can fit my travel mug easily. The machine is compact and cute, too!

I loved my first keurig. Had to replace it after many years of good service. It was a pleasure to wake up to this well-made machine that consistently produced good coffee. The replacement version is a big disappointment. Coffee is tepid and I have to heat it in the microwave immediately after brewing each cup. Super light weight, indicative of the cheap parts. Hold my breath when I open and close any component, that the barely-there hinges don't snap off. After all that work to reduce the amount of plastic in the machine - why create an extraneous unneeded plastic 'storage bin'? Poorly designed other than as a cheap money-making reflection of a once quality coffee maker. Sad to see this loss of pride in what used to be a high-quality company.

I owned the K Mini Plus for less than 6 months and gave it limited use during that time. Either an internal electrical fuse or circuit breaker malfunctioned, since one day it just wouldn't turn on. I alerted the Keurig company via a phone call. After taking some pictures of the unit and following some email instructions, I was instructed that a new identical unit will be shipped to me at no charge. I would hope that this new unit will function longer and give me better service. I reserve my opinion on this new unit until proof of service.

Works as advertised and a good choice for making a single cup of coffee. I use fresh ground beans and a drip coffee maker to make 24 ounces first thing in the morning and I use the K-Mini Plus to make a single 10-12 ounce mug in the afternoon. The same brand of Columbian coffee produces identical results in both machines. I liked it enough to buy another one as a gift. My first K-Mini worked perfectly until there was a problem with the brew switch and Keurig promptly replaced the machine because it was still under warranty. Replacement works fine.

Had some issues with the unit not turning on. Have to do a bizarre set of tasks like remove the water reservoir, unplug the device, count to 10, plug it back in and hope it works. Also, the unit does not heat the water up to a proper temperature for most coffees. It works for most tea k-cups, as they don't require very hot water, but if you like a steaming cup of coffee, keep looking for other units with a higher capacity water heater system. But for a quick and dirty cup of coffee, this will suffice.

My K-Mini quit working properly only after a few months...I called and told them, and was sent a new one within a few days! Great response! I love my new single serve coffee maker! We use it several times daily! I like the fact that I use fresh filtered water each time. I make Chi Tea lat...so I run a cup of water thru after each use to keep it clean! Great little coffee maker...love the Red color!

When I called the customer service person was very professional and helpful. We went through all the steps & my Keurig was not working. She explained what I needed to do next. Sent in all the information & within a week later I received my new Keurig. Thank you for such professional workers!

I purchased a black mini K-Mini in Dec 2021 and it didn't work properly. K-mini would brew and not dispense the coffee... It would work today but not tomorrow. I was sent a replacement and I thank you. However, this one is doing the same thing and today it didn't work at all! I'm done with K-mini!

We ordered this to take with us on our travels. Hotels usually provide a coffee maker, but not necessarily ones that use a K-pod, and that's a must for me. This K-Mini Plus Single Serve is perfect (and I love the "Cardinal Red" color, which is so "energetic" in the morning). It is easy to transport, small enough not to take up a lot of room on counters, and a breeze to use. It is a little noisier than our full size Keurig while brewing, but it's no big deal and we quickly got used to it. I do have to remember that it's not storing several cups of water, and that I have to fill it each time, but that's just a matter of getting used to it. What's nice is that we don't have to hold the brew button down if we just want hot water (ie: for tea), like we do for our full size unit. The extra storage compartments (for the power cord and K-pods) are a bonus. I also purchased the new Keurig travel mug, which serves not only as a "measurement" device for the water you put in the coffee maker, but fits nicely underneath the dispenser on a "flat" drip tray (after you remove the regular elevated drip tray). Mug is a perfect size, easy to hold on to with the horizontal "grip" and it keeps the coffee hot........which by the way, tastes just like the coffee brewed in our full size unit. Overall, quite happy with this mini unit!! Thank you Keurig for designing something so compact, yet efficient, for those of us who travel!
