I bought this to take with me when I travel. We all know about hotel coffee makers. This product is not only very pretty, it’s fast, easy to clean and fits in one of my smaller tote bags. I carry water everywhere so that’s no problem. How I wish I had gotten it long ago. It’s ‘Just Perfect’!

Our first K-cup machine ever at home. We are K cup newbies and not big coffee drinkers. Only experience is at work office or friends/family house. Bought it primarily to satisfy guests. Likes: It is a nice compact size for the occasional user. Love the spare cup holder integrated to use up space that would normally go unused (where cup fills up). Nice idea to hide excess electrical cord and not leave ugly clutter on counter. Dislikes: It is surprisingly noisy. It takes longer than i thought it would. It would be nicer to have 16 oz capacity for large mugs rather than 12 oz.

Great coffee maker. Had an old Keurig with a reservoir, but I really only drink coffee on the weekends, so the single cup model was fine for me. Maybe it takes a little longer to make a cup of coffee than my previous model, but that isn’t a huge deal to me. Overall, very satisfied with my new Keurig.

I love the size, but it’s confusing and doesn’t start brewing like my full size keurig does, when it starts flashing you think it’s ready and you hit the button nothing happens and then you wait and then you open it up and can’t understand why it’s not going and then all of a sudden it starts brewing so it is a little bit confusing.

My original K-Mini Plus was a gift. I only used it 3 times and water stopped dispensing. Great Customer Service replace with a new unit. I have only used the new one a few times and have to hold the arm down to make it work. Maybe the larger models work better, but this small one needs work.

The one cup model that failed and was replaced under warranty by Keurig has tended to stop up (just like the first one that we purchased dd). I don't know why this has happened, just that it has. We washed it out. We cleaned the openings thru which water should pass. Finally ran water thru the process without a coffee pod installed and whatever was stopping the proper flow cleaned itself out. Now it is making coffee again. But when can we expect the thing to stop up again? Just saying...

I had an earlier model of the K-Mini and the function likes quit working. A report to Keurig help/support resulted in a replacement with this newer model and I am quite taken with the addition of a function for brewing a “STRONG” k-cup. Good Job, Keurig!

I love this coffee maker! I'm a supervisor for a construction company and travel all over the United States. Most motels have a coffee maker but their choice of coffee sucks! With my new Kurig single cup, I wake up to the best of the best! It's small enough for me to bring it with me and doesn't take up much room on the motel lavatory. Too cool!

I have used a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker for 12 years; however, the current model malfunctioned the third month...pumped only half of the water from the reservoir and shut down forcing me to go thru the motions several times to get a cup of coffee; also, coffee was lukewarm and not hot. Keurig was very helpful and immediately sent a replacement!

I purchased this for my husband to put in the top of his toolbox which needs to be closed and locked at the end of each work day. The dimensions allow it to fit in such a tight space. You have to fill the reservoir every time you make a cup of coffee but we knew that going in. That may be a deal breaker for some people. I took away one star because it brews very slowly. Other than that I would recommend it if you need it for a small space.
