Received on 1/28, got it up and running in minutes. The device is super lightweight and this can be both + and - but overall its better to be able to move it around with ease. The strong coffee feature is my favorite because I always thought it needed a bit more kick. Slim design means it fits almost anywhere.

The coffee maker arrived in pristine condition and powered up, but did not brew coffee. I have another Keurig so I do know how these things work. It's a shame because it was a gift for my father. I processed an online return to be taken to the store and upon scanning the code at Walmart, it returned the result that I had already returned this item. Thanks to the wonderful people at Middlesboro Walmart, I was able to get my money back. I am now going to try and find a replacement Keurig at Amazon instead. Maybe have better luck.

I wanted something smaller for my countertop, so I purchased this one. It’s a single serving Keurig style coffee maker, but total quality. I’ve purchased smaller units that were different manufacturers, but Keurig is always number one with me. The difference in quality is huge!

The K-Mini Plus is my favorite Keurig coffee maker. I've had several different models but I prefer this one because it does not have a water storage bin and it does not store water in the interior of the coffee maker so you must use fresh water each time you brew. That's the key to the best cup of coffee! It's also very compact so we take it with us when we travel. Love it.

My replacement has the exact same problem. IT DOESN'T MAKE COFFEE. I read the reviews and a ton of people have the same problem. It just sends water to the reserve portion of the unit and not brew. In addition I wasted a lot of pods, was told I would be sent some from Keurig and of course that didn't happen.

These Mini coffee makers are faulty and inconsistently work. They are unreliable. This is my second one this month. The 1st one only works if you don’t insert a K cup in it, and even then it didn’t work most of the time. The second one works typically 2 days out of 5. Keurig is making their products more and more faulty. I can see why so many are giving up on this brand.

This coffee maker has pros and cons. Pros: It makes good coffee quickly. It doesn't take up much space on the counter. Cons: The power cord is ridiculously short - I can't even pull it out to the edge of my counter, or store it where I'd like between uses without unplugging it. The "Regular" Mini (not the "Plus" has a longer cord, and it stores in the unit, which is much better. The pod storage unit is silly. Nobody is going to put it back in the unit after each cup of coffee. I thought it was attached to the back, underneath where you pour the water - not the front over where the cup sits. Since I use loose coffee anyway, I just took it off and left it off. Also, the little cups for using loose coffee are a bit much. It does make good coffee, but seriously - 4 pieces to wash? It seems that there could be a simpler arrangement.

We always been a huge Keurig fans, as the quality of coffee is undeniable! We have a Keurig duo at home (use pods or thermal carafe - awesome!), but we recently got a little Keurig mini Plus to use on our houseboat, and original coffeemaker was faulty, but due to an amazing Keurig customer service, a replacement was sent to us, and what a great coffee this little machine brews!! about 2 minutes of patience, and u got yourself a Starbucks worthy coffee!! On the Boat!!!! I always like to use “strong button” also, the water just brews thru the pod a little bit slower, getting all the coffee grounds! Love the super compact size of it also, fits perfect on our boat’s limited space! Thank you!! Super happy! love this little Keurig,

I bought this a few weeks ago and really like it. I'm not a coffee drinker but I like teas and hot chocolate. I think its great if you are only making 1 drink. If you have a large household where everyone wants a hot cup in the morning, I wouldn't recommend. I tried to run a plain brew (water and no pod) immediately after a hot chocolate to clean out the needle since drinks other than coffee can cause clogs. As some described, the water sucked in and nothing came out. The machine auto-off feature turned the machine off before anything came out. Now, a make a cup and turn off the machine for awhile before running just water through. So far that seems to be working.

i purchased the single serve after having the same but different style in the past, but to my surprise this unit is the loudest unit ever I returned the first one for an exchange and the second one was the same very disappointed I am now returning the second one for a refund
