Bought this item about 3 weeks ago. It seemed to work the 1st week. Then things went wrong. The water is now not hot enough. It overflowed the cup 2 times and sometimes I have to push the button twice after I fill it for it to work. I have had a few Keurigs over the years and have had not one problem with them. This specific one is not worth the money I paid. I cannot return it because I don’t have the receipt or the box. Very disappointed.

I bought this coffee maker and had it shipped to my dying father (cancer) and his hospice caregivers. This product didn't work properly right out of the box and was returned. A replacement was just delivered and it too isn't working like it should. A total waste of money! My late father lived longer than this product. Bottled water is used and the replacement coffee maker draws-down around one ounce and shuts off. The K-cup lever has to be lifted 4-5 more times before all the water is drawn down and it starts heating and brewing, and the result is luke warm half-brewed coffee,

Not what I thought. None of the pics showed How the storage unit was positioned. I thought it was on the back. It is not. On the front. I just don’t like the placement. It brews ok. More of a show than my last Keurig single brew. This on takes longer.

I like it but I wish it could be better. I bought this one on Black Friday because I really wanted a coffee maker and I'm the only one in my house that drinks coffee. I've had a bigger one before but sold it because I didn't feel like it was getting used as much as it could. Now I'm regretting it...so this one requires you to put water in it for each use and it takes a while to heat up 2-3 minutes. You will think that its not making coffee and you have to hit the button several times. It's annoying when you're in a rush but very cute and a space saver!

I loved the compact sizing of this new keurig! Most brewers are bulky and this is perfect for small counter space. It did a good job of giving the coffee a more potent taste with the strong feature it has. It also doesn’t take long to brew. All in all I give it 5 stars. I am not happy with this model Keurig. I have a hard time waking it up to finally brew one cup. I have to repeat the steps 3-4 times. I am considering returning it. Only used it for one cup. It’s not Walmart’s fault that it can’t begin to touch the other Keurig ‘s. I guess you go big or don’t buy at all. What was Keurig thinking? I wouldn’t give it as a gift!

Got this as my gift for a white elephant exchange on Christmas a few years ago. I have used it several times a day...everyday since! I like my coffee piping hot so sometimes I have to pop my cup in the microwave for about 30 seconds after to get it the temperature I like. The Keurig does deliver a hot cup...but for me I enjoy it very hot.

I LOVE this! I cannot believe how great it is! I wanted a coffee maker but am very limited on space. This is SPACE SAVING! It takes up the smallest amount of space and sits on my counter like it has always been there. Very easy to use right out of the box! I was researching online for hours and comparing different coffee makers & my efforts have paid off!!!! I also purchased a wide variety of flavors of coffee and tea k cups & they are so easy to make!!!! Totally recommend this pocket!!!! :)

had two of these mini pluses (one replaced by Keurig themselves). Terrible thoughtless product! cannot believe they released therse without testing. Weak Warm coffee at best, when it decides to work at all. Never draws all water in to heat it. Main button only works occassionally. junk, junk, junk. !!!! cheap plastic, made in CHINA, grossly OVERPRICED!

I don't have much counter space, so the size really caught my attention. It fits PERFECTLY where I put it! I also love the built-in pod holder, that is a super handy addition. It holds each size coffee cup I own, the biggest being 12 oz, which I was super happy about! Using this on normal mode made a good cup of coffee, no doubt. But I like mine pretty strong, which is why I was always hesitant to purchase a Keurig, but this has a "strong" brew feature that made a perfectly strong cup of joe!! It also brews really quickly, about 2 mins and it's done, which I really like because it frees up my time in the morning- versus a regular old standard coffee maker. This k mini plus also holds all of the kpods by Keurig, which means you can make tea/coffee/and cocoa in this. Overall I give this product a 10/10 rating because of the space saving, brew speed, and overall function. This is perfect for an office, a dorm room, or if you're a busy mom with no space for stuff like me!
