This compact yet efficient machine is great for smaller areas or for people who don't like a lot of clutter. This is perfect for your work cubicle or your small kitchen countertop. The brew was strong and hot which is the main thing I wanted. My only qualm is that its louder than I expected which might not be the best for an office environment. The set up was super fast and simple. This was given to me via influenster to test and these opinions are entirely my own.

I was SO excited to get this Keurig around Christmas time, it's the perfect size, looks sleek, and I live alone so one cup at a time is all I need. It worked great for about 3 months, then it stopped working one day out of nowhere. I would pour in water, put in a k-cup and nothing would happen, it was like the machine was dead. So needless to say, I exchanged it for another one. Second one was working just fine for about 2 months, and now this one too has stopped working! It keeps making the "brewing" noise but no coffee is actually coming out. 2 of these in less than 1 year and i can definitely say less than 100 cups of coffee total between the 2 and yet still, they have both stopped working. Ridiculous, do not purchase this. I wish I had instead picked up a cheap coffee maker with a pot, at least I could enjoy coffee in the morning.

My son and I love this machine! Not only is it small and easy but versatile too! We can always get the pods at the supermarket, hot chocolate, tea and coffee. I have a Nespresso which I love very much but, it is difficult to find the pods unless you mail order or find the Nespresso store.

Quite possibly the absolute cutest coffee maker ever made. This has a small footprint so one can maximize counter space and it’s also perfect for RVs and traveling. Brews quickly and although it has a small water reservoir a bonus is the reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and filling. The little machine is a lot of fun!

I bought one of these thinking I'd save money. Bad plan. It worked well for about a week and then slowly deteriorated. First it stopped making hot water - if you like tepid tea water and weak coffee-water then you'll be fine. Then three days ago it stopped working all together. I took it "apart" and clean everything but it's not like ti's more elaborate and dependable siblings. It's cheaply made and has but one real part - the water container (which will resolve the current issue) which can be removed. Tonight it look me 45 frustrating minutes to brew one cup (with three pods wasted) but I discovered how to "fix" the non brew issue. Plug the hole where the water is supposed to drain into the machine similar to plunging your toilet when it's plugged up and WHAMMO the water was sucked into the machine and it ACTUALLY MADE HOT WATER/COFFEE. So before customer service wants to contact me I've already ordered a more expensive, better Keurig and I'll just box this one up and sell it as used with a note on how to make it work properly. Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's gonna break down just give it time.

Received as a gift last Christmas, and it was for our camper. Unfortunately didn't start using it until spring when we were away, and from the beginning, you'd have to restart it sometimes up to 10 times to get it to take all the water and make a cup of coffee. My new one is on the way, but I'm wondering if it will actually work after reading everyone else's reviews. Looks like they haven't fixed the problem. If this one doesn't work, I give up on the Mini Plus. Fingers crossed.

At first I was skeptical about a smaller keurig, but it has grown on me. The water tank is only big enough to hold water for one cup of coffee. So you don’t have to worry about the leftover water in the tank becoming gross like you do with some of the bigger coffee makers. The coffee tastes great, and the whole process to make the coffee is super easy. The only downside is the quality of the keurig. The material is very lightweight, but it does not feel or look as high-quality and sleek as it could. The compartment that holds the k-cups takes a little bit of jostling to fit back into the keurig. That being said, I love having that compartment, and it makes it really easy to grab a k-cup. Overall, I would say this is a very easy-to-use and conveniently sized product that brews a great cup of coffee. I have owned four different styles of Keurigs and loved every single one of them. We decided to buy the slim for our motorhome since it would be a great space saver. I have had problems from day one. You put the water in and it cycles thru for about five minutes and then shuts off, no coffee......... so if you push the button again......same thing.....where did all the water go???? So you have to add more water and cycle it thru again. Sometimes it will brew, sometimes it won’t. But after the second or third time of adding water, you are getting 12-18 cups of coffee with one pod! I like my coffee strong (2 pods per 6 of water). Very disappointed Keurig would put out such a horrible product. Back to Mr. Coffee for us.

I got one cup of coffee out of this and that was it. The next time I went to use it, it wouldn’t pull the water out of the reservoir. I finally got it to pull the water after four or five attempts and got a cup of coffee that was tepid at best. I wanted to like this because it is the perfect size for my office, but it not a quality machine. Returned it to the place of purchase.

I have had this about 2 months now and I absolutely love this. I like that it doesn't have a tank to hold stagnant water in. It brews fairly quickly in about 2mins. I do wish it wasn't so loud during the brew portion though. It was on the pricey side of other Keurig options but I like it a lot and feel it was worth the money.
