I have owned four different styles of Keurigs and loved every single one of them. We decided to buy the slim for our motorhome since it would be a great space saver. I have had problems from day one. You put the water in and it cycles thru for about five minutes and then shuts off, no coffee......... so if you push the button again......same thing.....where did all the water go???? So you have to add more water and cycle it thru again. Sometimes it will brew, sometimes it won’t. But after the second or third time of adding water, you are getting 12-18 cups of coffee with one pod! I like my coffee strong (2 pods per 6 of water). Very disappointed Keurig would put out such a horrible product. Back to Mr. Coffee for us.

Bought it Oct-20, great design, fit, functionality. Just a bit pricy but worth it for a quality machine right? Within 6 months the lights stopped working, so there was no way to know if it's on, off, heating, brewing etc. Fine, I could understand it well enough from the sound and actions it's performing. Within 12 months it can't finish a cup in one go. Either it doesn't suck in the water, or it dies immediately after the water is in the heating body. Then I have to restart it through a combination of; Open/close handle Press on/off button for 3 seconds Unplug/plug powerchord BUT since there's no working lights I can't tell if it started heating or not, so now I'm pressing my ear against the side of the machine to listen for the heaters starting up. The reason I bought this machine was for quick and automated coffee, but now I'm spending half of my morning just to get it to work. Conveniently the damage starting getting critical only after the warranty was up so Keurig won't do much about it. It's a shame because I like the product otherwise, but next time I buy a coffemaker I'll expect it to work for more than a year..

Originally my husband purchased this for my birthday for the house, but when he started drinking coffee I pulled out the my older coffee pot. I still used the mini for single cups but with little counter space I decided to take it to work. It’s perfect for my desk area and since I’m a teacher the pods are a perfect for a no mess cup of coffee. Also I love tea so using the Keurig for hot water is also perfect.

I ordered the Keurig Mini Plus for my office over a year ago using it 3-4 times weekly for coffee or tea. I love the fact that it doesn't store water, ensuring that I receive a fresh cup each time. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because if the reservoir isn't seated just right, it will not operate as expected and requires that I remove it and put it back into place. However, that is very minor issue and didn't discourage me from recently purchasing a second machine to replace my aging B60 at home.

Love this thing! Honestly, it is SO easy to use. Like 3 steps and that’s it! It fits in well with my kitchen due to the compact size. It comes in great colors. We ended up getting the black but the light blue and the grey were VERY tempting. When we hosted guests over the holidays, everyone loved it. My mom liked it so much that we ended up getting her one and she talks about it all the time.

Had it for years now, but not long after I got it it started doing this thing where it wouldn’t brew. I had to lift the lid up and do it like 5 times before it would start brewing and then the coffee was luke warm at best. And it’s been doing that to this day with absolutely no idea what sets it off. I hate this thing. 0 stars if I could

I like this well enough, but I get more than 12 oz first brew in the morning, and then randomly I will get less than a 12 oz brew. Not a big problem, but I am concerned about the quality of the K-Mini Plus, especially since Keurig has removed virtually all user settings and controls. Overall build seems flimsy compared to the 5 earlier machines I have owned. I got 3 to 4 years out each. I don't have much confidence in this. The other units I had to choose from locally were eith too big for my space, or too small and featureless.

I'm so annoyed I replaced my original Keurig to save some inches of counter space. My first one worked fine for years. This one is horrible. Sometimes the water comes out cold. Sometimes doesn't come out at all. Sometimes comes out the side. I'm ready to throw this product in the garbage I'm so annoyed with it. I never had so many issues with a product in my life.

I have purchased this 3 weeks ago and it worked great the first few times. Then later when I press the brew button it sucks the water into the machine (very loudly) and then it doesn't come out to brew the coffee, then it times out and shuts itself off. I have to turn it back on, open and close the coffee pod chamber, and press the brew button again. Sometimes that will work, sometimes I have to do it 3-4 times and sometimes I have to add more water. It doesn't seem to have this problem if you fill the water to max but then you're left with a cup of watery coffee. I already returned it. I would not recommend.

My first machine was messed up, but customer service eventually replaced the machine and i am happy with my purchase again. Be sure to clean your machine (the needle that pokes a hole) because apparently that is what messed mine up even though I am OCD about cleaning, this requires extra extra attention).
