I bought this coffee maker twice last year and I'm still experiencing the same problem....the water doesn't drain from the reservoir automatically. I have to use a coffee stir stick or spoon around that area and then it will drain....happens every day. I've had this coffee maker before 2021 and had no problems. Other than the water not draining it is a great coffee maker.

I had a compact Keurig for almost 7 years that worked great and finally but the dust. I decided to get the Keurig mini plus to save on a little more counter space. I've never been so disappointed in the performance of basic functions of an appliance I've purchased. Since I purchased it 4 months ago, I've had to fight with it on a weekly basis. It will with take up all the 10oz or so of water and not brew, or only take up 2oz at a time and it takes me fighting with it for ten minutes to get water to come out. I don't expect anything crazy fancy from it, it just needs to brew coffee at all on a consistent basis and I'd be happy, but it fails to do that. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and will likely not buy from Keurig again.

I really enjoy this product. The small size is nice, because it doesn't clutter up my limited counter space. I also really appreciate the little holder that is built-in for cup storage. The machine is so easy to use, so that was a huge plus as well. I honestly have no complaints about this product at all. My firsg brewef worked intermittentlyk The compsny replaced-it per the warrsnty. I hactnd same priblem wjth the replacement. This model is defective. Don’t waste your money. I now have one of the models with a water reservoir. Hopefjlly thag will continue to work

I have nothing bad to say about this product! It is the perfect size for my apartment kitchen and it makes my morning coffee in just a couple minutes so I don’t have to worry about rushing out the door. It is a straightforward product so it was easy to figure out how to operate and get setup!

My son is the only coffee drinker in the house. The K-Mini Plus is compact, convenient, and simple. It is easy to operate, works perfect with a travel mug and only takes a couple minutes. Had it for years now, but not long after I got it it started doing this thing where it wouldn’t brew. I had to lift the lid up and do it like 5 times before it would start brewing and then the coffee was luke warm at best. And it’s been doing that to this day with absolutely no idea what sets it off. I hate this thing. 0 stars if I could

I purchased 3 months ago. I only use a couple times a week. I bought this one because it is small and I am the only one that drinks coffee in my home. The 1st couple of months, it worked ok. Now the water will not go in the machine. When you push button. It takes a tiny bit of water and then you have to keep pushing the button to get it to take all of the water. The when the water goes into your cup. It is only a half of a cup and it is not hot , just warm. There is definitely something wrong. Since I don't use that much, it should not be doing this soon. I have had 3 other Keurigs and have not had any issues. I just like to update every so often. I love the slimness of this coffee maker and the option of a 12oz cup but I am very dissatisfied with this machine. It is just a task to make a cup of coffee.

This is a necessity for coffee drinkers. I am a college dorming student which is why I purchased this item because I need my lattes. My roommate and I abdolutely love it. We have the mini one because it doesn’t take up much room in our dorm and it gets the job done. TOTALLY RECOMMEND FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS !

I have had this since Nov 2018 and it is very disappointing. Single cup and small workspace sound great. Unfortunately brewing that single cup may require that I restart it 2,3,5, even 6 times for it to produce coffee. It should work on the first attempt.
