My husband bought it for me for Christmas because I only drink one cup of tea or coffee so a big machine is not helpful. I was ecstatic about getting this..but not for long. It only worked the very first time we used it (after running the test cycle). After my very first cup of coffee, the next day it would brew correctly, and is not hot at all compared to the first time. It won’t bring water down from the reservoir without having to push the brew button 5 times. Plus I put 10 oz of water in and then end up with only a half mug of coffee. THIS IS NOT A GOOD MACHINE and there are a ton of errors they need to fix before selling these. I am so disappointed.

My last Keurig lasted for years! It was actually was still working perfectly fine when I decided to get a new machine. Since I don't have a lot of counter space I went with the K Mini it's nice and slim. I don't think it ever worked right. It's very loud, very slow and the coffee is just not consistent. So now I've only had it a couple months and I think it's already dead.

followed directions: put water in the dispenser, put in pod, pushed all the right buttons - and... nothing... grabbed the instruction manual and as i was reading it, coffee started brewing/dripping... seriously, 3 minutes later!? don't buy if you want a quick cup of coffee! seriously loud, churning noise as it was "working" - grunted, groaned.. wish i had my old one back...

I have used a Keurig for years, and when I saw this model I was ecstatic. I liked the removable reservoir option as my current inexpensive Walmart brand machine doesn't have one. However, I am going back to my Wamart brand machine! This Keurig incredibly loud and obnoxious. It also made THE weakest cup of coffee I've ever had. When I saw the strong button, I expected that to make it too strong as I never have that issue on my large Keurig. Moroever, this machine made a lukewarm cup of coffee. My Walmart machine is far superior to this model.

My k-mini plus is a great coffee maker. I like how small and compact it is but I dislike having to fill the water reservoir everytime I want a cup of coffee. It was relatively adorable for a keurig but I would recommend getting a bigger one if you're into coffee.

When I got mine, I immediately began to use it. I loved how quick and easy it was to use. It is very convenient for me because it’s small so it fits on my counter perfectly for me to just brew and go. There's no doubt these little single serve makers brew a great cup of coffee that is HOT. (my main concern, I can't stand warm coffee) In fact , I'll microwave it a couple of times while I'm drinking it, because i like it hot. That in itself is my top reason for liking this maker. I think brewing tempurature is why coffee comes out good or bad for the most part, and this one brews good and hot. After about 3 months it started acting up though and what was going on was when I dropped the lever down and mash the button it would pump for a few seconds and stop. I would lift the lever/handle up and drop it down and it would pump for a few more seconds. I would have to repeat this until all the water was sucked out of the reservoir and the light stayed on. Sometimes it would work correctly for several brews and eventually start acting up again. It wasn't a big deal but after a few months I contacted Keurig and they replaced it , no problem. I think I may have read a review that had this same issue. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. I love this coffee maker. I drink a lot of coffee. As many as 10 cups a day and I don't expect this machine to last forever so I purchased the extended warranty. I've never had any coffee maker last more than a couple of years so the extra $4 and change will probably keep me in coffee makers for years to come. And that's fine because this one brews great coffee.

I wish I had saved up and splurged on one of the mixer keurigs. We’ve had to replace ours multiple times due to issues. At one point it wouldn’t heat the water, another it wouldn’t drain the water from the little revisor except for a little bit at a time. My roommate who has the larger one has no issues out of hers. I suppose you get what you pay for

I have to keep adding water and disconnect it from the power outlet several times before it decides to follow directions and make a cup of coffee. My worse experience with a consumer product! I would give this product zero stars but one star is the minimum!

Buying the [product:keurig-k-mini-plustm-single-serve-coffee-maker] was a great buy! It is nice being able to prep our coffee and let it be. This Keurig makes our mornings so much easier, without having to worry about standing at the coffee pot waiting for our cups to fill, we can just set it and forget it. We bought a mint colored one.
