[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think the dryer does a good job getting my clothes dry. I love the multiple settings on it and the ability to do a pure timed dry. I really find the ability to download cycles an interesting and fun way to experiment with what works for different fabrics. The app was very easy to download, set up, and use. The cycles have several different settings and that is helpful. I like the ability to program the dryer as well through downloadable cycles. The dyer also looks very modern and stately. As with any new dryer I am getting used to how the timed cycles are working compared to my old dryer. I like that this one is more energy efficient. Overall this dyer does a good job and has several nice features. The only Con I see - is that it does not seem to get as hot as my old dryer -hence the efficiency and it does take longer for towels to dry and bulky items. I am still working out the kinks on how to dry large items without getting damp spots i.e. drying a comforter completely. That is the only downside so far in my evaluation. Overall, a good dryer that does great with everyday laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for a little more than a month. Doesn’t always dry the load after one cycle. I have made sure that it is not too big of a load but it doesn’t matter the size. If it continues I will be asking for a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer almost a year ago and just love it. I never used to dry my clothes in previous dryers because they would shrink them. This dryer is perfect no issues with my clothes and it works great. Would definitely buy it again.

This machine has problems with the drum, mines spins so recklessly it cracked the drum on the inside and Samsung is soooo great that the won't fix it without a $140 inspection fee on top of the cost of product and labor for getting it fixed. So 0/100 DONT RECOMMEND

This dryer has poor sensors and functioning and does not dry clothes well. No matter what cycle I use, or what settings I pick, the clothes come out wet or damp and take a really long time to get there. Even on the "extremely dry" setting. I've had the machine for a couple weeks and tried out all kinds of loads - clothes, sheets, towels - and it's the same issue with everything. Also, I partially bought this dryer because I thought you could control it (meaning turn it on and off) from the app. You cannot. It will just show you how long is left and let you know when it's dry. I'm considering returning the dryer. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer! It arrived at the perfect time as I had a bunch of laundry I needed to do including my bedding and 3 blankets for the dogs. I did 3 loads of laundry - 1 for my bedding, 1 for the dogs bedding and 1 for clothes. This would usually take me AT LEAST 5 separate loads but this dryer had so much extra space. Not only that but despite drying several thick items it was able to dry faster and in one run. I'm used to drying them separately and multiple times! I've used about 2 of the 21 dry cycles, and I also downloaded the Eco Normal cycle onto it. Speaking of the app - setting it up was a complete breeze. I've used SmartThings extensively before but this was by far the easiest. After installing and running a test load I was prompted on my phone to connect to the dryer. The best part is I was all the way up stairs and it still connected. When I went downstairs to check on it I was able to easily scan the QR code to finish the setup. I wasn't entirely sure how I felt about the wifi feature but after spending the day using it I love being able to check on the status or get the remaining time. This is even more true because the dryer is just *so* quiet that I can't tell if it's running from anywhere else in the house. Now I just get a notification on my phone that it's done and I know to go down there. While we're on the topic of the app, there was only one downside that I have found with the dryer and the app so far - I would love to be able to create my own custom preset that I could download to the dryer. For example I typically dry my clothes on "Normal" but with low temperature. The dryer by default uses hot temperature. which isn't a big deal to change. However if I could just create a new preset on the app and download it to the dryer that would be absolutely amazing and I do feel like this is a missed opportunity. For the time being though I have used the "Time Dry" option with a lower temperature and just set the time I'd like it to run for. However there is just so much to love here. The huge capacity and nearly silent operation are almost mind blowing. I also love that as I'm changing settings on the control panel that it shows me exactly how long it will be running for. Attached is a not-so-great photo of my current setup. I have a shelf above the units that will either need to be raised or re-located as these are slightly taller than my old ones. So for the time being they're sticking out further than necessary in order to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks clean and sleek. LOVE the steam option but it isn't 100% full proof to get the wrinkles out. Would give it 5 stars but when the laundry is done, it sings for what feels like an eternity. The only other option is to completely disable sound which I don't want to do either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer replaces a 10 year old dryer that was on it's last legs. I immediately noticed how many more items I could get in the drum despite the unit's smaller footprint. This will mean fewer loads and saving more on my energy bills. The unit runs very quiet and isn't a distraction while doing other things in the house. There are a ton of settings so I can customize what I need done based on how much laundry I'm doing and the amount of time I have. The controls are very straight forward as well. Another nice feature is the SmartThings App. It provides real-time updates when I'm not near the machine and even when I leave the house. It also allows me to start/stop the machine if needed for any reason. There's a light, which is helpful when I go into the laundry room for a quick peek at the progress, as well as an easy to read display screen. So far, this has been a great purchase.

It sanitizes fabric with steam and can also refresh wrinkled items without having to wash them. Thats a great option to have sometimes! It also has a very large drying capacity. It can handle drying bedding , bulky items and heavy loads easily. The controls are easy to see and set with lots of choices for cycles and drying times or you can let the moisture sensor set the most efficient drying times. It connects to my smart things app along with my other samsung appliances and lets me schedule cycles and get alerts from my phone. it has an lint filter reminder and i aslo appreciate that it has a light inside because thats not a feature in a lot of dryers anymore! Im very happy with this dryer and it does aoes a great job of drying and sanitizing my clothes without wrinkles

We bought the washer/dryer combo about 6 years ago. Washer still working great, dryer started having controls problems after 3 years, where the cycle wouldn't continue. The plastic lint trap area near the door also warped and allowed clothes to catch/rip around year 4 needing repairs. year 5, the dryer became really loud and couldn't keep loads balanced and now, the housing near the drum is damaged and the dryer is no longer usable. Also, drying took longer and longer around year 4 and with the controls, we had to set the timer manually because the pre-programmed load settings wouldn't continue. also, the door latching mechanism wore out around year 5.
