Good value for the amount and quality of this heavy cream. This isn’t top shelf cream like organic sweet cream but definitely a good product. A very good value per ounce and such a necessity in the kitchen. How do you make the best whipped cream? It starts with a good quality heavy whipping cream like this.

I've been buying and using this MM heavy cream for many years and it's been wonderful. However, recently they have modified something in it, making it sludgy and lumpy when using. It's not consistent and is quite unappealing. I can't pour the product out of the container without having to wipe the spout (or side of the carton) from residual product not separating from the spout when poured. This has occurred over several cartons over the last couple months, all fresh and well within their expiration/best by windows. Please bring the old recipe back

Realized this is what has been tearing up my stomach. I used to buy this product a lot, then realized over the past few years that it is no longer the same. Preservatives and mono-and diclycerides. Why??? I can no longer purchase unless I want to be bent over with stomach pain all day long.
