I'm running the generator in its break in period right now, varying my watt loads. Added oil, pulled the starter and it fired right up. Very quiet machine. Runs smooth. Really like the display showing power output, fuel remaining, time remaining and engine hours. I will run the gas out of the tank and the drain the carburetor and then store the machine. This was purchased for home back up power in case of an outage. Planning to run a freezer and fridge (alternating between the two), DSL modem and and couple LED light bulbs. Lots of research before the purchase. Felt this represented the best blend of features. I do wish it had a fuel shut off setting so that the gas would get used up in the carburetor before shut down. Hope to never have to actually use it.

The Westinghouse iGen2500 is not whisper quiet but is much quieter than my old 7500 model. I like the high efficiency mode as it runs a lot quieter with smaller loads. I like the built in display showing various modes. The supplied screw in oil funnel is a nice feature as well. After adding the supplied oil and required fuel, it started with just a few pulls. This is a good size. Any bigger and it would require wheels or a dolly.

I bought the IGen2500 and this product works great as advertised. What a deal too. It's quiet and easy to move around. We had one of the worst power outages in WI history and this thing kept me going all throughout. I recommend this product against any competitor

Bought this unit to supply power for a hunting cabin. It ran all the indoor and outdoor lights, plus tv, coffee pot etc. We ran it every night for 6 to 8 hours for a month. It started on the first pull every time and the gas tank rarely got below 1/4 tank each day. I would highly recommend this unit.

I have had this for about 9 months and it performs just like the instructions show. I tested it by plugging in my electric lawn mower and mowing my back yard. I turned on the ECO MODE to see how the fuel saving worked. Perfect! When I stopped the lawn mower the generator reduced the RPM to idleing. Just as I expected. Good equipment.

I purchased 2 of the igen2500 generators for back up power. I haven't needed either so far, but I have started and broke in both generators via the instructions. Both have performed as expected so far. Because of the few review complaints of broken spark plugs and dirty fuel tanks, I thoroughly inspected both generators before starting and found no problems with either generator. Both started within a few pulls and easily handled the varying loads I used for break in. I especially liked the fuel level, run time and load features built into the electronic panel.

I bought the generator in March 2022, started it up in June 2022 and then put it on the shelf. In December 2022 went to use it. It would not start even though stored with Sta-Bil storage fuel stabilizer in the tank. Took it to Dawsonville Hardware Service Center and informed that the issue is due to a carburetor mal function; not covered by the 3 Year Warranty?.

This igen2500 generator has been a good and reliable emergency source of power. The only complaint I have about it is the engine access cover is a pain to remove to check the oil. A Phillips screw driver is required and the cover is difficult to pull away from the side of the unit for access.

Bought this device primarily due to rolling brown outs in our area as well as longer outages caused by fires in Northern California. The initial set and testing of this device went smoothly. It's slightly louder than we expected, but assume it's still operating within spec. Overall we're really glad to have it!

Bought this a couple months ago. Have used it for volunteer work repainting fire hydrants. Runs the power tools and a small air compressor with no problems. Ran it in parallel with my iGen2200 during break-in, but it handles the load by itself now with no problem. Quiet, even when not in Eco mode. Really handy during temporary power outages,
