Awesome Generator so far

I just bought this and it is still in the break in period. It seems to be well made and has some good features, like the data center. It provides useful info. So far I like it but it has a couple of minor improvements I would like to see. The main one is the screws that hold the cover on. I would prefer that they be 1/4 turn with a fold down wing nut design or something else that doesn't require a tool to remove. It is a bit bigger than I thought it would be and while light for a generator it is still a bit heavy.

Great Features!

I bought this for our fifth wheel. It started right up, and I was surprised at the efficiency of the unit. It barely used 25% of its capacity with all of the lights on in the camper. On top of that, it is super quiet. Really pleased with this purchase.

The inverter is compact and powerful.

I purchased the inverter approx. 1 month ago. I have tested it by intermittently running 7 1/4” saw, pressure washer, frig, lights, tv and freezer. I really need it for a power outage to run our frig, freezer, a few lights and a tv. It handled it all with ease.

Very Quiet

Everything about purchasing the generator was easy, including the setup. The directions were clear (other than me not noticing there was a button for the digital display), and everything was included for the initial startup (even including a no drip funnel for the oil fill). Everything worked perfectly, and I was very pleased at how quiet it is.

Great small generator for a good price

I bought the generator a few months ago and luckily have not had to use it yet. It's small and light weight and will hopefully be easy to carry somewhere if needed. The most interesting thing I read was the manufacturer said it would handle up to 10% ethanol, rather than requiring 100% gas.

Quiet, portable, powerful

This was a great purchase. We have used it for the marching band when they travel to run all sorts of things such as lights, crock pots, fans. It is quiet enough that it doesn't disturb band warm-ups, small enough to tuck into the trailer, and powerful enough to run several things at once. Glad we did this.

First time generator owner

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews online of broken spark plugs right out the box, but mine started up just fine. As someone who knows nothing about generators, this one seems like a good start for the price. For a small inverter, i was hoping it would be more quiet though.

Great little generator

I bought this to replace a 20 year old 5000w generator that recently died on me. I am very happy with how portable this unit is, how easily it starts compared to the old beast, and how the advances in technology allow it to run more quietly and provide real-time display of relevant performance figures. Only complaint is that the cover was difficult to remove after loosening the two screws, and I actually cracked one of the snaps on the cover when removing (it was very cold out when I set it up).

Great Purchase

I live in an area where electric may be shut off during high winds, wildfires and many unknowns. This is usually at times where A/C's are running day/night. Possibly for days. I was in need of something I can carry, quiet and could handle the load I needed. Fit all my checkboxes. I also need it for camping - have a small travel trailer. Thanks

Very happy

Recently purchased, ran through the break-in period and tested with camper loads. Performed great and was very quiet. Handled all of the minor loads, but need to restrict usage with heavier load items (i.e. A/c, microwave, etc.), which is to be expected for a unit this size. Much lighter, convenient and quieter than our 4000W unit. Only minor issues: 1) Plastic tabs on bottom of side cover allow it to vibrate, making noise and rubbing against enclosure. I plan to fix this with some narrow strips cut from an adhesive foam sheet (dept. store craft supplies). 2) Spark plug cover does not latch very tightly/positively, and seems to open slightly. Overall very happy so far. Next month will be the true test of why we bought it - boon-docking for a week with no hook-ups.
