I spent a lot of time reviewing inverter generators before settling on a pair of these. I have been using a single EU2000i and it's great and I was going to pair it with a new EU2200i Companion. But I like the additional features of the iGen series and the higher wattage. I read through hundreds of reviews that convinced me it was worth going this route. I will post updates as I use the units and get more experience.

Excellent price for this generator! Half the price of Honda, which I had before this one. It was shipped propmtly, arrived in great shape and started right up after I put the gas and oil in it. We just bought it to keep our two refrigerators going during power outages. So far, thankfully, nothing have gone wrong.

Purchased the iGen 2500 to run the a/c on my RV travel trailer. Used in conjunction with a Micro-Air soft start kit, this generator will easily start and run my 15,000 btu a/c. even with ECO mode on. Easy to set up and started on the first pull right out of the box! Great value. Would buy again.

The iGen2500 runs my camper RV 13,500 BTU A/C. With nothing else running, all the breakers off, and the engine warmed up the generator would take everything it had to start the A/C before the hard start capacitor was installed in the A/C unit. After the Hard start capacitor (Supco SPP6) was installed in the A/C would start no problem.

I have considered one of these for some time. A friend was too, and we decided to buy a pair and a parallel cable. We started them up today in parallel and load tested them. They both started on the first pull, and performed well!! Very pleased with this product so far.

Just got the Igen2500. I filled the oil & gas and the unit started on the 1st pull. I have only "played around" with a couple of electrical items (trouble light, 1500W electric heater, etc.). I was impressed with the quiet running even with the 1500w heater running on high.

My iGen2500 was part of a recall program. Westinghouse stepped right up and within a month had a new unit shipped to me even before they got the original unit returned. Very impressive and responsive company. I would highly recommend Westinghouse generators!

This unit is a must have for tailgating and weekend camping trips, super quiet and efficient turns camping into glamping! Small enough to tuck into the back of our 2 door wrangler with camping gear and a cooler for weekend fishing trips in the keys! Hopefully we won't have to use it for a hurricane but if so we know the power and reliability is there!

I bought this generator to replace a Honda EU2000i that was a it short on power for my use and the inverter part of the Honda had failed. I found the iGen2500 to be equivalent in quietness, easy starting but significantly more features and power. I did not like the lack of a fuel gauge on my Honda EU2000i as it kept me guessing on the fuel level. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the iGen2500 build.

Bought this to use with my RV and as backup/emergency home power. So far works great. Starts right up and is quiet. I am not a scientist but give or take a db or two and it is as quiet as any others out there.....and at a GREAT price! So far I have used it on the RV and around the home. Sometimes it is just easier to grab this than to pull out extension cords for work out my large yard.
