I recently purchased the iGEN2500 for emergency use and ease of portability. it arrived days earlier than projected in perfect condition. Start up instructions were clear and simple...started easily with the very first pull after installing the supplied oil and my gasoline. Very smooth running and quiet. So far I have run shop lights, work lights, and circular saw at the same time...absolutely no problem. Very pleased.

I was looking for a small compact generator for mostly camping and also wanted it to be able to run my RV air conditioner if needed. The generator started on the first pole and does start and run my air conditioner. The overload light turns on for a second when I see starts but after that, it says 50% power . I had tried the 2550 thinking it would run my ac because my old 1800 Yamaha does but the 2550 dual fuel would not start the AC and also does not start as easily . I think it will work well . Claims it was supposed to come with parallel cords, but did not.

Got this iGen2500 generator to use with our 30' travel trailer. Seems to be well built, solid. The weight to power is great, compact size. Very quiet compared to a regular steel cage generator. Nice that the outlets are compatible to handle the full power of this generator of the available 18.33 amps with the 20amp outlets vs having standard 15amp outlets.

Purchased recently mainly for camping and occasionally operating electric tools. Product packaged well and arrived w/o damage. Only complaint at this point is that the manual (02500Rev01) does not address storage, although it does have instructions for draining fuel bowl.

Bought this i2500 gen set in October 2020 new. Filled with oil, fuel etc. Read instruction manual. Started and ran for 1/2 an hour. Pulled it out today because of power failure. Started and only ran for a few minutes and stopped. Went through all the trouble shooting and still no joy. Checked spark plug lead and found it had popped off. Reseated then started gen set again, ran for 30 seconds and lead popped off again. How do I fix this problem?

So far the inverter has worked as it should, although there was a brief issue with not starting. But it's been resolved, so far. The inverter appears to be exactly what we wanted, a back up power source in the event of an outage. We are relying on the Westinghouse name and hoping not to be disappointed.

What a Great little Generator, I filled it with oil and added nonethanol gas then proceeded to start it, On the 2nd pull this started right up, I slowly broke it in varying loads for the 1st 5 hours, ranging from 100-1000 watts, I will be dumping the oil tomorrow and filling back with conv 10-30w and running another 10 hours, after that this unit will be converted to full syn oil.. this is a quiet but powerful little Gen at a very good price. Great Job Westinghouse for making these Inverter units, Definitely Great Value and performance in these Generators

Should provide enough power to get by for extended outages (hurricanes) to save freezer contents, etc. Easy to follow startup instructions and it's as quiet as I'd hoped it would be. A little heavier than I'd like but not so much it's a problem. Fingers crossed that it performs to specs when needed.

Easy to set up and start up. The power indicator showed it could put out what they claim. Ran a space heater for a while and it had no trouble. I like that the indicator shows how much of the power is being used so you know if more can be plugged in.

We bought the generator for power outages. Within nights after getting the generator our power went out. Ran the fridge, TV, wifi, fire place fan, a few lights, and changed the phones on the USB ports. Worked great. Pretty quite. We live in a neighborhood where the houses are pretty close together. The neighbors said they could not hear it from in side their house. That is important. Looking forward to taking it camping this summer.
