Only received this 3 days ago and am still learning its idiosyncrasies, but I'm now sure it will do what I bought it for which is running durable medical equipment (oxygen concentrator and CPAP machine) in a power outage. Initial startup on propane was frustrating. Westinghouse could put out a video on starting on propane. It would help. I would recommend researching "propane demand regulator" if you're not familiar with them for an understanding of what's going on in the fuel supply system.

I bought this generator to use to charge the batteries on my boat. Needed something quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors. Everybody commented on how quiet it was and wanted to know where I got it. Ended up buying another one to hook and parallel to run the house in case of power failure

Received yesterday and unboxed today. All accessories and oil inside box. I serviced the oil and assembled the propane hose as I only want to run on propane. Everything was easy setup and it started after a few pulls with the choke on halfway. I ran it for 2 hours with variable loads and everything worked good. My only complaint is the packaging smells like burn plastic.

After many hurricane seasons without a back up Generator, I decided to purchase this one ahead of this year's season. I was able to send it to family in the mountains of North Carolina who were impacted by Helene, and it worked great for them. Easy to use and reliable, exactly what I'm looking for in a backup generator. I look forward to using it for camping as well.

We purchased this for a light concessions day and it was so easy and quiet and worked perfectly. Then a week later, we ended up having to use it in an emergency after a storm knocked our power out for the day. We were able to power both refrigerators for 24 hours without having to refuel.

Great gen I use mine to power my led light bars on my bass boat for night fishing and charge my batteries plus phones and anything else to be charged or powered up doing my fishing trip not to loud at night runs smoothly all my friends love this unit they can not wait to purchase them one

I got this to back up my fridge and freezer during power outages. After the first 5 hours of break in, it's running well so far. Starting on propane is pretty easy, and took about 4 pulls, not to different from my lawn mower. Noise level is pretty good too, not silent, but not anything to bother me. Eco mode is noticeably quieter. Unboxing was great. Everything is included, even the oil and a funnel. So far everything is meeting my expectations.

I bought this for emergency power and it is exactly what I needed. It is easy to start so far all I have used is propane which works fine. I am able to carry it with one hand which is great and it is not very loud. So far I am very please with my purchase.

We bought this after a short power outage and we had to bail out the sump pump by hand non stop for an hour to keep the basement from flooding. Today the power went out at 5:30 am, so we started the generator, ran sump pump, refrigerator and freezer until power came back on at 7:30 pm. We used propane since it was a dual fuel. It worked perfectly. Even used an electric fan all day. The unit is quiet, light weight and straight forward to set up.

Just received and couldn't be happier. Recommend highly. Took a long time reviewing generators and this model was the best for my needs. Great price, plenty of runny watts, and quiet. Love the duel fuel. Just looking for a generator to use for home use when power goes out.
