Alot of bent wood, roof slats bowed. Cracks in the post. Dome damage in the boxes.

It requires finishing work...weather sealer, flashing, and gutters.

This carport kit is really great. The hardware is very well made and stout and the cedar (Asian?) is very nice with very few knots or defects- nicer than I expected. Other than help flipping the partially built sections onto the legs, I did it all myself. I was unable to get the roofing sheets square on each roof section on the ground, so I did deviate from the instructions and put on all the roofing tin after I installed the panels on the structure. A couple comments- The roofing screws are horrible. The rubber gaskets pinch up and do not stay centered when they are being installed, even with the screw gun's clutch set to 1. Do yourself a favor and buy real brown roofing screws with a gasket and capture washer. Read everything on each page in the assembly instructions. A couple pages had instructions that were easily missed in the top right corner of the page. Use a cordless ratchet for the nuts and a cordless impact for the torx head screws. It made assembly much quicker. I'm very impressed with the finished carport. A really awesome kit that should last for many, many years to come.

My wife wanted this for a while. I finally gave in and had it delivered, which I might add delivery was outstanding. Now we can talk about installation. I watched plenty of videos of how to people could install this well, let me tell you two people alone are not installing this, so if you want to alienate yourself from your wife, friends family, even neighbors you could choose to install this yourself, that being said I would pay the $500 and let them do it

This is my second backyard structure and we are enjoying it. Good product and easy to follow instructions

blue film is a pain to remove!!! assembly instructions are sometimes vague.

Instructions were spot on. Be sure to read carefully and multiple times before install.

Better graphics would push this over the top!
