Easy to make, tastes great! Shreds easily. Reminds me of pulled pork. Could be very versatile in countless recipes. Awesome flavor, tender, & moist.

It’s a little spicy and really salty. A lot of bbq sauce was needed to counteract the salt. I had such high hopes but was thoroughly disappointed.
