This was super easy to prepare for a quick meal. It would have gotten 5 stars but the texture was a bit mushy and fatty.

I thought the chicken was pretty tasty. There was very minimal fat and it could feed an entire family!

I tried the Members Mark Seasoned Pulled Chicken and it was so good. The flavoring was similar to BBQ and with 2 pounds it fed the entire family.
