This is the high capacity model. As usual, high & consistent quality. If, the printer, simply WORK. Walmart had a great, low (everyday) price on this (vs. other outlets). So, an easy choice.

I have been receiving a low toner message shortly after installing the new toner cartridge and am unable to get it to clear out. I have since been ignoring the message and have had no issues with printing any papers.

tried those off wall brands ,,worthless , stick with OEM parts,,had this brother printer over 5 years .no problems till I used cheaper off wall brand...stick with brother ,,no I don't work for them either...

This toner was disappointing to me. It only prints half the copy yield on the cartridge. So much for being an XL. I'm stuck with it and think Brother need to do something about this mis inception. Tax Professional

One bad thing is that it is shipped Fedex Smartpost takes way to long to get your product. The next time I will spend a little more and pick it up at an office supply store and not wait a week and a half.

Needed a replacement cartridge for my brother printer - found it on line and Walmart did not charge shipping - it came in 2 days (quicker than expected). I'm back in business.

This was a replacement for TN420, which lasted less time that the toner cartridge that came with the printer. Hopefully, this high yield one lasts longer.

The toner cartridge didn't last at all. looks like it was old and defective. Was Not happy at all. Than I orderr from regular office supply store and that was OK. My machine is new so it is not machine problem
