I have been purchasing generic toner cartridges but it's always a gamble. I have had print quality problems with 1 out of 3. I realized that in the long run, I'm spending more since I have to trash the poor quality one which were leaving black dots on each page. I've decided to go back to purchasing the manufacturer a cartridges to ensure consistent quality.

Checked prices and availability in local office supply stores and many did not have a competitive price or availability in the stores. Wasn't sure what to do with the used toner cartridge being replaced. Can they be dropped off at a Walmart store for recycling?

I am finally through with playing with pretty colored but expensive ink jet inks and use only black toner. Products like Brother that have been around at least fifty years are pretty much a 'slam-dunk' for quality, dependability and simplicity of use.

After looking at Amazon for a laser refill cartridge for my new laser printer, I found that many people had issues with obtaining the correct toner cartridge or getting one that was marked as the actual cartridge when in fact they were not the real thing. I looked to Walmart site and all reviews were positive and users were happy with getting the actual product they ordered and not a fake. I was even more pleased that the product showed up in less than 24 hours when I did not specify overnight delivery. Will be looking to Walmart online for other future tech and gadget purchases.

I love my Brother printer I bought at Walmart last October. They have THE BEST price on the replacement toner as well. The shipping was unbelievable :) Purchased it online at 12 pm on a Thursday & it was here by 3pm on Friday !!! Talk about fast shipping WOWOWOW!!!

Bought online for store pickup with a non-chip card I use very seldom. Very shortly thereafter this card number was used for several attempted purchases in Spain. I'm in Maryland. Quite likely that my online transaction with WM was hacked. No more online purchases from WM for me.

Initially I was scared what if I buy the product and my brother printer rejects it if its not an OEM. To my surprise, it worked out all fine when I installed it. And guess what, the toner arrived following day after order. Now I am just monitoring the yield and see how long it lasts since the one that came with the printer did not last long.

I was very disappointed after waiting a week for delivery and then found the toner was missing some of the parts. It does not have the section with the green tab for cleaning the drum, in fact the ink drum is exposed. So, now the inconvenience of returning it, and waiting for another one and then if that will be right. In the past, I have been very pleased with the TN-450. Too bad Brother does not have a good quality control inspection on their products before being shipped.
