The toner is fine. Works fine. Expensive though. We can't use the generic toner anymore because it leaks and has other issues.

The product was defective - it did not come parent until are use the Stay away from this company and the refurbished HP inkjet cartridges. They would rather keep their $28 than keep a happy and repeat customer. The cartridges lasted less than a week when I used them. Then they  ALL started streaking ! I asked for a refund and they would not give one because I notified them two days outside the 30 day window.
