This thing is great… until you have to wash it. Now three zippers are broken. Going to order some nugget covers today

Have nugget and this. Both are awesome but zipper broke on this one a month in! The nugget zipper is more substantial and seems like a nicer fabric

I need more! These are great! They're more comfortable than any mattress I've ever slept on even haha

We washed it exactly as instructed and the zippers completely broke. It is now an eye sore in our home. We would appreciate a refund or replacement!

Super soft and comfy and overall great! The triangles took a bit (2 days) to fully expand and take their proper shape but that was to be expected! I love this thing and so do my kids!

Got this to keep my boys away from my couch cushions. Since unboxing it, it fluffed right up and they haven't stopped building, climbing, and jumping. Excellent gift for kids with tons of creative energy.

We love the couch! However after the first wash the zipper broke. I did purchase the warranty so Sams Club did send me a new one but if the zipper continues to break after the first wash, who knows if they will replace it again.

The zippers are an issue. The zipper will pop open in random spots. The zippers are not very durable. It’s frustrating because I feel like I am constantly having to fix them.

Owned less than 2 weeks. Used only a few times. The zipper on one of them busted open and will not rezip. Super disappointed in the quality. I bought one for each kid. I should have just bought a cheap sectional for them to destroy.
