We really love this. It's comfortable and the kids enjoy playing with it. But the zippers are terrible. They split and you cannot get them to zip correctly when you remove the cover to wash. So after attempting over and over again to get the cover on again I'm writing this review so others can be aware of this flaw.

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase this item or anything else on sale, they can mark them as out of stock and tell you that they’ll refund you (the discounted price mind you) but not replace it. They’ll then tell you that once it’s back in stock, you’re more than welcome to purchase again (the regular price). Sam’s is SCAMMING people and getting them to pay full price for items they bought on sale. And don’t bother calling for help, they’ll just blame the mail carrier, even after the mail carrier confirms they never received it from sams club. Ridiculous.

We love this purchase! They are light weight but sturdy. The children can stack and make what ever they want. The brochure that has suggested ways to configure is an imagination starter. We made a fort, a stage, and then used it as a bed for the littles that night. Best thing we have purchased for them all year!

We got two so kiddo will have lots of building options. He isn't quite to building stage, but has been loving flopping on the cushions, and moving the triangular ones around to climb up and over things and to "slide" down them. The only problem I have with this is that one of the two did not "reinflate" properly, even after being left out to expand for over 48 hours. The biggest problems were the triangle pieces, that just stayed compressed in many places. I was able to take them out of the their coverings and GENTLY stretch and massage the foam and finally encouraged it to release, but it did take a lot of manipulation on my end. The other one decompressed without any problems though.

I bought this online for our kids Christmas gift. We have a 6 & 2 year old. They both love to climb, jump and build forts and pallets. I thought this was a great way to save some money and provide them both something to play on. Upon first uses it was great! It expanded quickly, no funky smell and was fun to build and play on. I thought we got a good deal and my kids loved to use it daily! Think again.. Some stuff is just better to spend a little more on. Within 2 weeks the small pocket on the side was ripped. Then I washed the covers per instructions and hung them to dry, soon as I put the cover on it would not zip correctly on one side and left massive gaps, leaving it unusable sadly. I did contact customer service and they offered to send a replacement or a full refund. This surprised me greatly since I ordered back before Christmas. I’m very impressed that they did back their return policy and have worked well with me. It’s pending pick up now since this product won’t fit back into the box and then hopefully I have my return. I will be buying my kids the brand name sofa since I know it will hold it’s quality. If it wasn’t for the quality in the fabric and zippers not being good then I would have really liked this product. If they can fix the zipper issue I think it would be great. I appreciate them giving me my money back since it did not hold up though.

I never leave reviews but I’m very disappointed in this manufacturers zippers. I saw a few other reviewers had the same problem but decided to purchase anyways. I purchased this for my children and it is a great open ended toy that my children have enjoyed but after only 1 wash the zippers don’t zip anymore and now the foam is exposed. I saw they offer covers to purchase but clearly this is a defect in the product and I feel should be replaced by the company vs making customers purchase more poorly made covers. I would highly recommend investing in the higher quality name brand version “The Nugget” over this because for a few dollars extra you won’t have broken zippers. At the price we paid for this product to have the zippers not work is unacceptable to me and if I could go back I would’ve invested in the name brand and hopefully can help prevent whoever is considering making a future purchase from wasting their money.

I did not receive all the pieces to the Kids’ sofa which wasn’t a big deal because I called Sam’s club and was told I would receive the replacement part. That was 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have the missing part nor have I received a telephone call to explain why. I find this totally unacceptable. This was a birthday gift for my grandson. Definitely not a happy customer at this time.

Dont waste your money. The zipper is absolute junk after washing one time and following wash instructions. The zipper will not close anymore. Also, total junk, is the warranty that is offered on the product. Club will not replace it (I moved 4 hours away from the club I purchased it from so I can't bring it there) and because I didn't purchase it online, the actual company will not replace it. Why offer a warranty then? Sam's Club does not back up their own company products.

I 4 kids ranging from ages 11-2 years and they all get use. We ended up buying another after getting the first one. They make forts, obstacle courses, love to climb and jump, set up to lounge during video games or movie nights. It’s always in different configurations but keeps them busy and is well used. The fabric is very soft and you can look up tons of different configurations.

I purchased the color "SIdewalk" for my 4 and 2 year old and they love it. The color is cute and easily can see the stains my kids have put ( not the sofas' fault.) I have had for approximately 2 months and I do feel like the triangles didn't expand to the max as they should have since they are a bit wrinkly but my kids don't care and still have fun with them. I have not used the actual Nugget brand that this may compare too but I think for the price I paid I am happy with thwe product and so are the kids!
