Perfect Size

Very nice laptop for the mney. Only issue is with getting the carepack registered with HP. Not a Sam's isue so I'm not dinging them for it.

Good laptop for a reasonable price - has touchscreen and decent cpu speed and 2 in 1 tablet is a plus.

Computer works well but the hinges will eventually break from the bottom. They will start to rip out of the bottom of the laptop and you will be unable to close

Hinges are a problem

I've purchased 3 laptops in the last 60 days for our company and 2 of these needed to be returned.  The first is because the battery wouldn't charge and the second wasn't accepting Microsoft download.

Roulette

I don't need a fancy computer, just something to keep up to date with bills, banking, household stuff, store photos, and a bit of social media.  I've had three HP laptops, each lasting about 6 years.  This one is perfect.  I love the touch screen, backlit keyboard, storage ability, and it's so nice and light.  Came with a 2 year warranty, and I purchased another year - just in case!  I've had it about a month and I love it!  Sam's Club was out of stock, I ordered it online and it was here within a few days.  Great service!
