Hmmmm

The buds sound great, but you cannot control the volume unless you use your phone!

If you want to have your earbuds touch settings control the volume you can absolutely do so with your device. In your Galaxy Wearables App settings, under touch controls and touch and hold you can change to the volume adjustment. Once you set one side to be the volume up the other will automatically adjust to be volume down. We have provided a link to your full device manual if you want to see all options available to you with your settings. We have also included a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have questions.
