I upgraded from the Buds Pro with the interest in a better fit, and was pleasantly surprised that they just do everything better. They are more comfortable & discreet, and the audio quality and noise cancelation is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I'd like to see some custom EQ settings in addition to the presets, but I'm enjoying them immensely either way.

It's best to use them during video calls because I can't always hear if I'm in the car. My friends tell me how they can't tell where I am because of the noise cancelation. I've had these for years and they still work perfectly. Best thing, people can't see when you have them in.

Anywhere from shows, movies and music the headphones perform fairly well for the price. The ANC could be a little better and the headphones lack the power I wish it had but if that was what I was looking for I would go cabled heaphones. Overall great headphones, extremely comfortable for my ears at least.

And these fit so much better than the pros, buds plus...all of them. Sound is immaculate. Charge is fantastic. The little features are sweet... ambient noise auto turn on during calls or when someone speaks to you. Seemless connection between devices. It all works. Finally.

Only problem is that I only feel like they are going to fall out. Tried smaller rubber ear things and they did fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are one of the best. High sound quality and the noise canceling is of such an amazing level. They integrate seamlessly with the phone with smooth connections and disconnections. Two thing they could improve 1. The fit is an issue. I used them is flight and I was constantly worried that they would fall off on plane. To the point one fell down and I was able to catch it fortunately. I run and walk a lot. This is the only reason I returned them to one's that fit more snuggly and compromised on the sound quality 2. Gestures are not easy to learn. It took me more than two week of constant using to figure them out. Also, when on call of the bud was falling down, I would touch my ear and they would cut the call.

I previously used a different brand of buds than Samsung and always had intermittent connection problems. Once I switched to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, my earbuds connect every single time to my phone and the sound quality is fantastic. No one complains that they cannot hear me clearly, and everyone says I sound like I'm right next to them talking. I am very, very pleased with these earbuds and with pairing them to my Samsung s23 Pro. If you are a business person and use your phone a lot during the day, this is the combination that you should have. Bar none.

Having the ambient noise feature is great when working out or in calls to be able to hear the environment. Using the noise canceling feature is great when I need to block out my surroundings and focus.

bluetooth headphones have not been my favorite because of the muddled sound that can't be fixed in even the highest end headphones. bluetooth isn't capable of carrying full hifi sound. well, now, with these buds though, they finally can! they sounds incredible. to be able to listen to my favorite music and hear and feel the music so deeply that it gets emotional at times is brilliant. this is how music of all types is meant to be heard. i really like their fit too. very comfortable. great job samsung!! i've already recommended them!
