However, they do not fit exactly right in my ear no matter what I do and tend to move. That leads me to frequent adjustments, which if touch controls are on, pause the music every time you adjust. That takes away from overall really good ear buds.

Keeping these thing in my ear is a hassle even after switching between all the different sized ear pieces. Can't bend over without one of them falling to the ground. I never had good luck with Samsung earbuds staying in so hopefully I can eventually find a pair that will. Sound quality is decent. I found that my left earbud drains faster than the right and I'll get the beeping notification in my ear roughly 5 minutes apart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these Buds for almost 2 years now and besides the Left Ear bud quality dying because of my imbalance on usage between each one. I have really enjoyed using them. They last me all day, and I like that they have touch controls it is very useful especially since I am a heavy music user. If I dont like a song double tap. If I want to restart or re-listen to a song triple tap. Then if someone is talking to me I can either tap once to pause what I am listening to or activate the ambient sound. Noise Cancellation is also very useful for when I am at home or in public so I don't get distracted by Public Distractions like a crying baby or a barking dog. I am really Happy with my Galaxy Buds2 Pro , but I am excited for the Galaxy Buds 3 Series to see what Samsung has done to improve the Hardware. I would Highly recommend Samsung products as the top Android Devices in my opinion to more of my friends and family. Mostly because not a single device made under Samsung has ever failed me yet. Really excited to order a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic soon. My only problem with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro is the leather case has been under so much stress that it's peeling away the leather buts that's my fault for not getting a protective case to preserve the official case. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear one earbud pretty much all day. I listen to audiobooks throughout the day. The sound is great and very clear. I do have issues with the fit. After wearing them for a while they begin to fall out. And constantly need adjusted. I wish they stayed in better or had options to secure them better such as wings or something. I've tried one brand of different eartips that didn't help, but I don't feel like I should have to buy more accessories to improve earbuds in this price range.

Great sound quality in my opinion, good features including find my buds or whatever it's called (I lose mine a lot, always find them though), very long battery. Love them.

The call sound is always perfect. But they tend to fall out of my ears and I've tried using the different size rubber pieces to no avail.
