i first got the galaxy buds+ about 2 years ago and recently, i accidentally left them in my pocket, and they went through the wash, so i was relieved when i heard about the galaxy buds2 pro. when i recieved my galaxy buds, the first problem i noticed was whenever i would use streaming services, the audio would bounce in and out and almost unbearable to listen to. the next issue is the battery life. i could get around 12 hours from the buds+, but these have about 7 hours of battery. they do not fit in my ears with any of the eartips, and fall out when walking to fast. i loved the galaxy buds+, but these feel like a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a college student these buds are perfect, they last all day, switch seamless from music and media to a fantastic transparency mode witch makes phone calls and listening to music while listening to professors an incredible experience. They are comfortable and sound great with an inpressive sound range including good low end. The wireless charging makes it so I've never experienced a dead battery even when I use them all day.

I use them at the gym and never have has an issue with them falling off. The battery life works for me. Don't have to be charging them everyday.

The moment I bought them and tried them they were so comfortable in my ears and love the sound quality it delivered, but also the ambient mode of still being able to listen to music and be aware of your surroundings. They are particularly helpful at work since I pair it with my walkie talkie so my coworkers can communicate with me over the loud music and never had an easier time understanding them over the music over regular headphones that are bulk or just plain uncomfortable. The fact that the case itself charges the buds had me sold even more so that way u can stay listening to music all day without having to worry about looking for a plug to charge then in like other conventional buds. These are far more comfortable (I wear these for hours on end at work) than my older buds, with fast charging times. Topping off in the case for 15 to 20 minutes nets you another 2 hours of music! The bass response is not quite as deep as i prefer but it is an improvement, the treble & mids are excellent though, adding the Dolby Atmos just puts it over the top! The fast pairing works perfectly with both my Galaxy Z Fold 5 and my Samsung Classic 4 watch, seemlessly switching from either device, and my PC. Battery charge times wirelessly is pretty quick, though I'm using a three in one charging stand for all my Samsung Wearables, which really gets them all charged pretty quick. The VERY small foot print of the case had me thinking these would not have much for recharging on the go but surprisingly the case holds a pretty fair amount of charge for the buds. The Wear app lets you really customize the way your wearables are utilized, letting you customize everything from sound profiles to ear testing and customizing how the buds respond based on those inputs. It's amazing how all three devices work seemlessly together to give you the best possible experience with each device. I would honestly recommend these to anyone that wants a great sounding pair of Buds that are truly comfortable and totally customizable for an incredible experiance.

They're much lighter than the original buds pro and the noise cancelling is a bit better as well. The battery life is enough to get me through the day with heavy-moderate use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seamless connection could use work when trying to use only one bud I have noticed that the left buds takes far longer to connect to my device than the right one does. The sound quality it good but seems lower when swapping from a video to a phone call or visa versa. Touch for the buds overall is great. The buds fit comfortably in ears without feeling heavy or irritating I find that they are in my ears at all times but are not noticeable battery life could use some attention using one at a time I can normally make the whole day but the only last for around 3-4 hours at a time.
