Great sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these alot for when I'm doing computer work or even when I'm grocery shopping. I love the hands free capability of them and being about to seamlessly switch from phone to table to watch. I had the original buds pro and these are a big step up in sound quality.
Needs Improvement
I bought these for an alternative to my Sony over ear headset. The sound quality has been good and I appreciate the dampening of volume when I start a conversation and am listening to music. The microphone quality appears to be poor though. I constantly have feedback from others on calls that they can't hear me, I am muffled, or sounds like I'm in a bubble. These issues happen on both phone calls and platforms like MS Teams. Unfortunately, my ears have had a reaction to the ear bud material too, which appears to be a common problem from a quick internet search.

[Nickel] The speaker mesh (for all Buds products) and the air vent mesh (for Buds Live and Buds Pro) include stainless steel. Stainless steel consists of steel (Fe), chrome (Cr) and nickel (Ni), and is widely used for everyday products, but some people may have an allergy to some of the materials included in it, such as nickel. The speaker mesh should be covered with silicon ear tips and the air vent mesh is designed not to touch your ear, to minimize direct contact with the skin if properly used. Users who are sensitive to nickel may experience redness, swelling, itchiness, or other irritation if using Galaxy Buds for an extended period. If you experience skin irritation or discomfort, you may want to consult a healthcare professional before you use the Buds. [Acrylate] The main body of the Galaxy Buds includes acrylate. Acrylate (Methacrylic acid), used for the colorization of the Polycarbonate (PC), which constitutes the main body of the Galaxy Buds, is commonly included in consumer goods that come in contact with the skin, such as adhesive bandages. Item is very durable and good quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds every where from hiking, gym, to watching shows and youtube on my phone. I for some reason have a habit of dropping my buds case/buds often whether it's on carpet all the way up to on rocks and concrete, and aside from 2 small scuffs on the case there has been zero change in the performance of the buds. The noise cancelation is amazing in the gym because my gym likes to play music that aren't quite bangers but I'm able to cancel that music out and play my own with out hearing the other music playing. Along with the noise cancelation be great in the gym the way they fit is also great even while running on treadmill or exercise where my old head phones would fall out or come partially out these stay put.
Great sound - terrible fitment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound on these are amazing. I use them for gaming music and js socal media in general. The only draw back is the fitment. I've tried all sizes that it comes with from small,medium , and large .When moving around they tend to slide out. I was getting off a bus and one fell to the floor. That was so disappointing. Please improve fitment.

Favorite in-ear earbuds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I actually have two pairs, one that I use for work and one I have at home and for working out. I have spent years trying to find earbuds that are comfortable to wear for an 8 hour work day of conference calls, and the Buds2pro are amazingly comfortable. I can wear them for an entire 8 hour work day or conference calls and they never bother me. The battery life is fantastic too, and I just charge overnight. Hands down the best earbuds I've ever used.
Great Buds

The spatial sound feature makes you feel like you're inside the media. The noise cancellation is great. The adaptive conversation mode adjust the volume when you talk. It works aimlessly with Galaxy AI hands-free. Overall great product, can't wait to see what the future holds.
Great Sound and Fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds fit great and sound great. I've got smaller ears and have tried a number of different wireless earbud sets, even the Galaxy Buds Pro, and they all didn't quite fit right. These Buds 2 Pro got so well, they never fall out of my ears. They're comfortable and I can wear them for sessions well over 2 hours and not get uncomfortable. As the sound goes, these are on the higher end of what I've heard for wireless buds. There are definitely some out there that have punchier bass, like products from Jabra, but these offer a nice sweet spot from what I've listened to. Overall, these are a great option.
Galaxy Buds2 Pro
I have a pair of these (Black ones) that my husband handed down to me when he got a new upgraded pair.. I like the sound quality, however my ears and ear canals are so much smaller than his that they won't stay put and always fall out and the smallest ear tips they came with are still too big. In addition I am quite disappointed that I can't find any ear hooks that go around your ears similar to hearing aids that are compatible with this model. I think if I had something like that, it would make them a little more bearable. Can this be remedied somehow? I am sure that I may not be the only person with this particular conundrum.

Sound is superb
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market to try a new pair of Samsung buds and was not sure on the ones I quite like. So I decided to try These ear buds since I did get them on a deal. At first glance right out the box they are pretty purple that's eye catching. Upon trying to put them in I felt I can never get a great fit. I even tried watching videos and everything in-between. It's also not the first time I heard of these not staying in the ear,.hence the four stars. They also have AI built right into them which has some cool features.
I am pleased with my buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the features. I wish they'll figure out how to "No fall" in your ears feature too. I still use my wired galaxy earbuds as I don't want to lose my galaxy buds. They're not cheap!
