[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box breaks quickly, I have been changing the device twice due to technical failures as well, thanks to the fact that Samsung I was able to collect the warranty (and when it is no longer there and it is damaged only like the other two times I do) but that for the physical part saves Sensitive even in the operation, sometimes I don't even touch the hearing aid and I crash, pause or change it, so I would recommend them, but I do see many failures.

I'm not sure if they work with AI or not, but they are the best sounding, with deep base and clear highs. I get long run times and they charge quickly. The case gives me several recharges. I would not consider buying any other brand.

I love everything about them especially the Galaxy AI. Being able to navigate through my phone without having to touch the screen is just simply amazing! I can hardly wait for the next upgrade...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung Buds 2 Pro to use with my Samsung Galaxy 23, Samsung laptop, as well as, my Samsung SMART TV only to discover that my SMART TV is incapable of linking or even finding them, the buds cannot be used without the carrying case being in almost direct contact with the buds themselves, and even merely walking with my Samsung Galaxy 23 in my pocket my BRAND NEW Buds 2 Pro disconnect every time the phone contacts my leg (every time I take a step). I wish I could recommend them as I happily purchased them as I was once a die hard Samsung fan, however, my honest opinion is to look elsewhere for a QUALITY, NON RANDOMLY DISCONNECTING SET OF HIGH END, STAND ALONE EAR BUDS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE MY galaxy Buds. They haven't had any issues as of yet and it's been over a year. They always connect to Bluetooth. Only issue was when I first bought them there was static broadcast for about 5 secs. They wouldn't disconnect but I believe they fixed the issue. It hasn't happened in months.

Moving between Samsung products is a breeze, I really like that. Charge lasts decently, no complaints. ANC feels like you're in a vacuum, very good.
