Transparency and noise cancellation work very well, not to mention the ability to connect to my company phone for calls while still allowing me to play music from my personal phone (both are Samsung). I actually prefer to take calls on the earbuds as the calling experience is better to me and I've received no complaints from others. These earbuds have affected my life in a big way and definitely for the better! When the time comes for me to upgrade, It will definitely be in the Samsung Buds line of products. The calls are crystal clear, Bluetooth connect is stable. The only problem is the buds just love to slide out of my ears. I still love my buds and they are my little thing of joy every day.

The voice detection feature is amazing, you don't have to pause your music if someone approaches you to have a conversation. so i was given the galaxy buds live for a bday present. the design of them hurt my ears immensely. i traded them back in and ordered the pros 2. the difference was outstanding. i actually fall asleep with these in my ears for hours when i am watching tv on the one in my bedroom. i can wake up hours later and no ear fatigue at all. i a tually look forward to being able to find more opportunities to wear these. the ease of connection between my pro 5 watch, 22 ultra phone and samsung smart tv was so easy. the features were great and honestly above my apple airpods pros 2nd gen. the feature of hands free and letting me carry on conversations is great. the price point isnt to shabby either. i definitely recommend these!

The only downside is the comfort level when wearing them for a long time, for example going on a 6 hour trip, the ear cannal can get tired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these ear buds about a year ago and still love them to this day. I used them a lot when working because of the loud bangs and noises. They have amazing active noise cancelation which block out almost anything. The sound quality in my opinion is better than Apples Air pods and the same can be said about comfort. Rich highs and mids with a tiny sub that helps the low ends of songs with these buds. One thing I didn't really enjoy was how easily the case can get scratched or damaged. Another flaw iv noticed was loudness. These buds don't get extremely loud like other companies but have a volume good enough to where I can blast these and not worry about hearing loss like the others. In all, iv had an amazing experience with them and im surely going to buy the buds 3 pro when they come out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with the good: the sound is superb, the fit is phenomenal, and the aesthetics are amazing. There are some drawbacks though. The buds have trouble with windy situations, and sometimes emit a high pitched squeak if your finger rests on the microphone at any point. That said, they're still better than any other buds I've tried.

The only thing that I don't like like is that they make the inside of my ears hurt. Other then that they are worth the money for the sound quality.

These work perfectly in my phone and have enough battery to get me through the day! They're also small which makes it easier to bring around. It's relatively inexpensive for such a great product. I'd recommend these to anyone who is in need for an enjoyable listening experience.

The only negative I would say is the base [even after changing the sound settings] is not to my standard. But this is more of a personal preference. The battery life is fine as long as your using one earbud at a time. Letting them recharge between the use of each. Definitely industry standard in terms of batter life. The touch controls are pretty good even with nylon gloves on. Plus the added benefit of being able to control what the tap controls can do in the samsung app is very convenient. For gym use or any sort of exercise/ movement use. Honestly if it's just walking or anything that involved light movement, these work perfectly. Would not recommend for vigorous workouts or movements. The budspro2 tend move around due to falling out of the ear. The user will have to continuously adjust the earbud to keep it in. I would add in the shower these buds work perfect. No issues with water from a normal showerhead at all. I would recommend these buds to anyone who is in the market for a low profile daily use earbud. As for on the phone, these noise canceling worked great no issues there I would say they are at or above industry standard. People on the other end of calls said they could hear me just fine. And not much background noise if any, even in a loud work environment. Galaxy AI
