[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs broke my beats. After looking for a while I decided to give the buds pro 2 a chance. The sound is amazing and they meet my sound criteria. The ambient and noise canceling option are cool. They get a little annoying and it's troubling controlling the touch setting on the buds and with my hair down the buds sensitivity starts to pause and change music randomly. The worst part of this is that I run and jog a lot and walk my dogs a lot. Music and headphones are a big part of my life. This buds fall way to easy and they are hard to keep on ear if there's a pull force or running force. Overall it's a good product!

Also they seem more comfortable than other similarly styled ear buds. Battery life is good especially with the case charging. I have never had issues with them at the gym as far as falling out or battery issues. Love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds2 pro do not have AI functionality. The earbuds do integrate well within the samsung universe but I would like more control over sound. There's no way to customize the eq other than the few presets. The bass eq still lacks bass.

The Bluetooth connectivity is instant with little to no delay after taking them out of the case. The 360 audio directional sound feature is one of the coolest features of these earbuds, everyone that has tried it has been absolutly blown away by it. I love these earbuds they are abosoltuly the best for the value compared to all other options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried the first ear buds, then ear buds 2 to these ear buds 2 pro. I'd highly recommend the ear buds 2. Idk maybe I got a bad set but my first buds were good and I never had issues with them. Ear buds 2 highly improved range, battery and sound. The ear buds 2 pros are like them but with a longer lasting battery case. Id give these 5 stars but ive continually had static noise pop up randomly. I never had these problems. The pros are on the left and the buds 2 are on the right.

I have over 16 earbuds and headphones from various manufacturers, all have their unique features (work under water when swimming, ear hooks for listening while eating, over ear for loud environments). A few of them are another major brand that starts with the letter B and has 4 letters. I can tell you that I enjoy these buds the best. They are the most comfortable, I like that the amplification and suppression works with only one bud, and connecting from one device to another is seamless. The base is the best of my buds, and for first time users will bring a smile to your face. I had the original Buds Pro, and I can tell you you won't be disappointed if you upgrade.

I really like the soft case and the battery life is awesome. And wouldn't you know it I found my old pair under the seat of my truck, so I gave them to the wife, win win in my eyes.

The battery life is good enough that I can use my buds for days and the charging case only needs to be charged once a week. Besides the battery life, the charging case is a nice little bonus because you can find the case with phone, keeps buds cleaner and is easily fit into pockets.
