[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the buds, buds 2, and now buds pro 2 the pro do have a lot of great features and is really customizable, however it is less comfortable than the buds 2 (that are the most comfortable for long term wear or exercise). I've tried the different ear pieces that come with it, but perhaps the shape of the buds 2 pro is less compatible with my ear shape than it's predecessors

I like how I can wear them in the gym or outside during my workouts and never have to worry about them falling out my ears. Noise canceling feature serves its purpose, ambient sound is another great feature allowing me to hear people talking by buds raising voice volume and lowering music volume. Overall excellent product. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago, traded in the first gen Buds Pro. I've been using galaxy buds since they were first released in 2019. Ive had 4 pairs and these are the best yet. The Buds pro never fit my ear properly, they used to hurt, and also fall out a LOT. The Buds2 Pro are amazing, they're comfortable and fit well, don't fall out my ear, and the sound quality is great. The one thing I wish that was better was the seamless connection amongst other devices that aren't from samsung. It works perfectly with my other samsung devices but I struggle a lot (even just trying to connect them normally) when it comes to my Dell laptop.

Battery lasts so long FOR ME EVEN which is usualy not the case with any other buds I've owned in the past since I use them NON-STOP!! The sound is PERFECT for all situations Video, Music & Calls ALL3!!! I have NEVER owned a pair that is great in ALL categories in fact usually I am lucky if it's even 2 of the 3 categories so seriously when I tested all 3 and still am amazed I was waiting for something bad... but NOPE!! EVERYTHING fron the touch controls amd the different sound options I am still being amazed the more I use them!!!

The sound quality is out of this world! The minor adjustments found in Settings can help enhance your experience in both sound quality and also just finding your missing headphone. If you lose them they have a feature where they will make a sound and you can locate them I lose them all the time and this makes it so much easier to find them I want to get a pair of the pros sometime I totally recommend them

The noise cancelling feature effectively blocks out distractions, perfect for noisy environments. Regrettably, the microphone doesn't perform well on laptop video calls, causing clarity issues.

Whether I'm listening to music or an audio book, the sound quality fits the mood. The richness in tones and depth of bass is incredible. One of my favorite features is the ambient listening mode. Walking downtown and being able to hear my surroundings while jamming to my favorite tunes is the best! I would live to see what Galxy AI will add to the Buds2 Pro, endless possibilities!

The sound quality is great and the app to change settings on them is very easy to use. The switching between my Galaxy phone and tab is quick and super convenient too! I can't recommend these ear buds high enough.
