I bought these six months ago I upgraded from the original galaxy buds pro that lasted me since 2021 and they worked fine not as good as the original ones but the left ear bud just broke after 6 months very sad that they broke was expecting them to last way longer for the price that I bought it at

These earbuds are fantastic! Great quality, long battery life, comfortable, I could probably go on all day. The only complaint I could ever mention would be lack of cute protective case availability. I love nothing more than to accessorize my devices to make them more custom to fit my style. While looking for a good protective case for these, I found tons of really cute options... but they were all for apple. (Boo) US Samsung users deserve cute accessories as well! However, this minor first world problem would not prevent me from buying them again. To top it off, I enjoyed the Buds2 Pro so much, I got my 14 year old gaming (PC Gamer) a matching pair. He doesn't own a Samsung phone yet, but these still synced with his device hassle free, and he loves them just as much as I do! He is always boasting about the noise canceling features and many other features these have. Let me also not forget to mention that they work with the SmartThings app as well, so if they accidentally get left behind, locating them is a breeze! A++ Samsung!

That helps a lot when I'm trying to sleep and my boyfriend is snoring loud enough to bring walls down. The ear buds also fit snug and secure in my ears without sacrificing comfort. They stay charged for an astronomical amount of time so I don't have to worry about charging them every night. My phone calls sound clear and I've had no complaints from the callers saying they can't hear me. The minute I put them in my ears they connect right away to my phone. Overall they are amazing and I highly recommend them.

I find I cannot wear them for exercise because one will usually come out during activity. I've tried the different ear pieces to help with fit but I know I have small ear openings for an adult. I can wear a headband to try and keepnth fr being lost, but it is not 100%. Still love the quality of sound a d the option of going hands free.

I've largely been invested in Samsung as a fan over the last 9 years when my mother bought her first deluxe Samsung phone and I found it beautiful and powerful and intuitive. Finally got one of my own, and further invested in said phone in adding a pair of Samsung Pro2 Buds. It's been a largely mystical experience. These buds are by far the best hearing devices I have ever owned; not that I have often invested in headsets, studio level headphones, or earphones. They connect seemlessly. The audio quality for my HD music from HDtracks is discernible. The buds are light and sit well in the ear when placed correctly, and there's even a tutorial by Samsung's own YouTube channel to showcase what correct looks like. The noise cancelling is superb, although I have little to compare. And the ambient amplification is incredible, I didn't realize these devices could act like hearing aids until I had them set up and toyed with the settings. With the my mix of buds and phone the set up of the buds is instant. Slap the bluetooth button on the phone's dashboard, pull the headphones out from the charging-holder, and the buds are automatically recognized and assigned. And with "Wearable" being preinstalled modifying the devices is immediate, simple--intuitive, elegant--and surprisingly deep. Still learning the touch functionality, there's more to master.

The battery life and ANC are the two best features I love about them compared to the competition. The sound is clear and crisp during the highs and lows.
