[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This noise cancelling earbuds has excellent sound quality. Is smaller than the previous version so it is very comfortable wearing it. I can wear it all day and can wear it to sleep too. Battery life is also excellent. Also very easy to pair and connect to my phone. The moment I open the case, my phone will have a pop up saying it is connected and the pop up also display the battery level of the buds and the case. Charging is using usb-c cable and is included. Controlling is easy, one tap to start stop audio, tap both at the same time will change the noise cancelling mode.

The advanced feature they pack really make up for the buds pro I used to use with neck stretching to keep my posture, selectable eqs, etc. But the buds do lack a cosumizable eq even though I do change the eq in the samsung settings but a great feature would to be customizing the earbuds eq further than the limit they give you even though it's a great choice but some of the eqs lack the capabilities these things could be. Another thing is the size of these things are excellent, when I had the buds pro for about 2 years the main problem I would have is the fit because they were just 2 bulky but the buds 2 pro really made up for that with its small size and comfortable fit in my ears. Honestly the buds have the best sound quality u have ever heard with its 24 bit hi-fi with 360 audio wich is a nice feature but I really only use the feature sometimes when I watch movies or listen to apple music but overall the feature is great. Lastly a not too important lack but it's good yo know is the battery life, it's great how it's smaller than the buds pro but still kept the same battery life but other earbuds like the airpods pro have a great battery life even with the case even though these buds lack that too. Overall I will stick with these buds for a long time because I really appreciate the sound quality and size of these things as a samsung fan. Overall a 4.7 out of ten as my final rating wishing I could explain more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really like my buds after buying them on a whim after buying my s21 5G. It has its issues , but the battery last a while depending on how you use them. Sometimes the audio cuts out when it needs to be updated. I like if you lose a bud too close for the tracker to pick up, if it's not dead you can play audio and find the source. I've also dropped it a lot and it has not broken, but the buds will fly out of it.

The sound quality is best and also love the features to switch it to ambient mode with a touch of the buds and you don't have to open your phone or anything. I have this in white and just a case to protect it from cracking in case of a drop/fall. These are the second pair I'm purchasing. They are also quite stylish. My only issue is, not sure if it's because I don't know how to fit it properly but these buds don't 'stick' in my ears like I would have loved it to. I don't run with the buds on as they always drop.

They don't slowly work themselves out of my ear. I love the cross device connectivity. I pair with my S23Ultra and S7 Fe tablet and they connect flawlessly. Small footprint makes it great to stash away in pocket fpr minimal carry. The lost device feature is great to locate buds if lost or misplaced. I love these Buds2 Pro. Great buy.

I really don't think any other can compare in my honest opinion. The noise cancelation! Oh my, I can hear what I need to when talking without the excess reality sounds bothering me. The ambient noise feature is also perfect. Then the overall quality of audio has every other pair of earbuds I've used nicked for life. I'll never go back from Samsung earbuds. I'm already an avid Samsung device user. I refuse to use any other phone. The quality of their devices does not compare to any other. I had Samsung galaxy 9 for 4 years and never had not 1 issue. But I switched up to the note 10 plus, and next will be also a Samsung. The earbuds WILL NOT fall out of my ear no matter what I do. I could head bang for hours and they would still be in the exact same place. I don't do that, but I was opting for the most extreme example I could find. Every feature I have tested & every feature is platinum. Go Samsung, you've done it again. Worth every dollar to the cent. Thanks for your excellence as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my Buds Live and upgraded to the Buds Pro 2, however they don't sit as snug in my eat as the Live do - small ears so customizing the gummy covers is pertinent to a perfect fit. The sound quality is ridiculous as always with Samsung audio equipment. I love the dimensions of bass I still get from these small BT guys. The touch features on the Buds themselves are very particular to an area so tapping it a few times to find that sweet spot to change songs or volume, can be a small annoyance. Overall I love them

I like the head tracking that the Samsung phone does with the buds. I like how the lock into your ear. They are really worth their value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds every single day. On my bike ride to school, in between classes, for the gym, for my runs, and even for heavy bag boxing training. I've used many different buds, from, Jabra to jaybirds to bose and sony. These are by far the best well rounded earbuds. HIFI audio, top of the line comfort and the best thing is that they actually STAY in your ear. If I were to lose them today I would order the same ones tomorrow.
