[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ok here is my experience so far with the buds pro . the quality is good overall, battery life is starting to decease more and more I've had them for less than a year and I already noticed the battery doesn't last as it used to, every now and then it gets and issue where when you switch erabuds either because the battery is dying or just rest the ear it will connect but it won't make any sound need to closed the case with both in it to fix but if you are in the middle of a call its annoying though. overall it's working and it does the job for me mainly used for calls, people are able to hear me just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Buds headset. Had the original, then the pro and now the pro 2. The buds pro was a big upgrade over the original, but the shape made it hard to comfortably stay in the ear, particularly during exercise. The new Buds Pro 2 has a much better shape that comfortably stays in the ear even during strenuous activities. Plus the matte finish and smaller size looks very cool.

The sound is clear and good. However, these headphones continue to fall off your years. Creates a terrible experience. Does not hold well. It is too sensitive to the touch. Sometimes it will just pause the music playing without me touching it. Extremely disappointed as these are my first Galaxy headphones. Finally, they do not even let you return them so that also was another bad experience and service. There is no trail period.

They have excellent sound quality and impressive battery life given their compact size. They are very comfortable even when listening for long listening sessions. Next, the noise canceling feature is a great addition to blockout background distractions during commutes or simply in a busy environment. Finally, these are very seamless to use between devices as they are compatible with any Bluetooth compatible phone, tablet, or computer, though Samsung devices do give you more customization options. Overall, these are a great buy for most people and you'll definitely find yourself listening to more music.

I had the base Galaxy Buds2 for years beforehand and they'd always been decent at best but when I finally upgraded, it was like a whole other world. The sound quality is fantastic and the ANC features are the best I've experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these earbuds after having the original buds pro. I got to say I love the new matte finish. I'm personally not a fan of glossy finishes. When it comes to noise cancelling they are great at cancelling noise. They have a snug fit so I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears. The ambient noise feature is pretty good too for when you want to continue hearing things around you. The battery life has improved from the previous model and can go way longer without having to charge them up again. Pairing is easy to do and if you have a Samsung device it's even easier to pair up. The build quality is great on both the earbuds and the charging case. I would totally recommend these to anyone wanting a great quality earbuds at a good price.

The app allows quick visual controls of your buds and provide info on settings and battery life. the options to allow ambient sound while listening to music is great for work or any place you don't want to bother anyone while still being able to hear your surroundings. the noise cancelation is amazing as well. overall this is my goto choice whenever I'm going to listen to music or watch videos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is truly worth the buy, it has great sound quality and gives you the ability to hear the sounds around you that way you can hear ehats going on for safety or so if you're around people you need to hear still (cool feature, you can turn it on or off). It includes finding your ear buds when lost, but I find it also good to to play a song on loud just in case. These ear buds are great for being discreet and last hours! I love that I'm able to swap them once they run low to last longer. The case will charge them many times before having to recharge the case. I find it useful to charge even faster connecting case to the cable (when in a rush). They can pick up sound around you, like when driving or chewing but that's understandable since they are buds that need to pick up your voice. I didn't really get many complaints on exterior noise other that those moments. Also if you feel the ear buds slipping out make sure you swap the gummy that suctions into your ear... my ear holes were too small so I had to put one that fit (they give you extras so don't worry) Most of all I like their design, sleek and awesome! I'm happy with them!

The case and ear buds hold a great charge and in a pinch I can recharge them on the back of my z flip 4. Ambient noise is a great feature and the talk detection with it is perfect.

I was hesitant to get these as I've always had issues with eaebuds in the past due to them bring uncomfortable or slipping out since I have a small ear. Fortunately for me these buds were perfect when I swapped the tips for the smaller sized ones. They're so comfortable and I never have an issue with them slipping out. They also last me for hours. I've accidently fallen asleep with them on and woken up to them still playing music. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
