I'm not jumping around but do sweat a little and all of sudden you feel movement in your ear and then it's falling around. I do not have small ears so I'm not sure how to proceed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Samsung, I have been a costumer since I was very young, matter fact, my first phone was a Samsung. Fast forward 2021 I got my first pair of galaxy buds and they have came in handy ever since. The galaxy buds 2 pro's have been my favorite so far. Whether it's gaming on my phone, or listening to music, the sound system is out of this world. I work in construction and let me tell you, the galaxy buds are very useful because when I'm near loud noises, the noise cancelation turns on automatically, preventing my ears from getting damaged. Before I bought galaxy buds, my ears would ring throughout the whole day due to the loud environment at work. The galaxy buds are not only comfortable for my ears, they keep my ears healthy and safe during long periods of time near loud machines/tools. I couldn't be more satisfied with my buds. Thank you!

Most noticable things are they seem too stay in your ear better and the noise cancelling mutes out almost everything. Was unsure when I bought them if I would notice a difference and it was night and day. It also has a noise canceling feature that test too make sure the adapters fit your ear correctly

And I never had the 3d surround sound before it just changes the whole music listening experience just by Turing my head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Galaxy S22 w/buds pro 2 I have always been a fan of Samsung products. I do not like Apple products except for their PC. My phone is amazing. The updates keep my phone very user-friendly. Buds pro2 now sound the same if not better than the beats ear buds. Clear quality sound, the new design fits alot better than the first Gen. I also have more control with my ear buds. As I sit here currently in the E.R. I can use my phone and buds to watch and listen in private. Keep in private!!!! Keep improving products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds pro 2 pods every single day. The response time from my phone to the pods is perfect. When I need to pause for any reason, it's a quick tap. The speaker is clear and my music sounds great.

I've had this for maybe half a year now. And I'd like to say they're the best headphones made by Samsung. The only issue is have with them is the same reason I bought them from my previous headphones. The mic of the ear buds get covered in dust and they're so tiny I can't find a way to clean them. My feedback would be to find a way to prevent this or create something to clean them.

Usually all the other earphones fall out of my ears since my ear hole is quite small. I recommend these ear buds for everyone. They are also sensitive to your hearing capacity and is adjustable.
