[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro as an upgrade from the original series and I believe the price point matches the quality of the product. The Buds2 Pro offer great audio clarity with crisp trebles and decent bass without being incredibly overwhelming. I enjoy using my buds while I work out in the gym, or game on my laptop computer. The fit on the Buds2 Pro is relatively decent and they provide a noticeable improvement in comfort for extended wear compared to the original series. The matte silicone finish is nice and gives the product a nice quality feel in the hand. For intense workouts, I do find myself having the readjust the buds occasionally especially when there is an increased amount of sweat. The stock earbud tips leave a little to be desired as far as fit security goes, but they get the job done. The ambient noise function gives great clarity to background noise and allows you to stay aware of your surroundings or have a conversation without having to remove your buds. The active noise cancelling does a great job of silencing background noise and allows you to stay locked-in and focused while listening to your favorite tunes or podcasts. In summary: Pros - Affordable price point with good quality audio - Improved comfort for extended wear - Good ambient sound clarity Cons - Not very secure during intense workouts - Stock earbud tips leave a little to be desired for best sound quality.

I've had these for nearly a year. Fantastic sound quality, touch interface, and noise-cancelling effects. The case and buds feel great as well, with a grippy texture. That is, until the rubberized coding on the outside became to deteriorate after about 7 months of regular use. I take great case of the case and buds, but the coding is now a sticky, grayed residue. I can scratch it off. It's stickiness is now a major concern, given this was less than a year of use. I am hoping to have them replaced...

As far as sound quality they perform great and volume is enough even though I have a bit of hearing loss. Quality wise they have withstood being dropped numerous times and put through workouts with moisture and sweat and still work the same. I have had issues in the sauna because they overheat quickly (under 10 minutes) but they weren't exactly built to withstand 150 degrees so I can't complain there. Fit leaves some improvement to be desired but for the most part they perform well all fits can't be the same and I realize this. They sit in my ear well and are comfortable. When running, walking, or doing exercise they mostly stay in place. Any slight movement to wipe my face with a towel they tend to get loose or fall out though. Overall I would recommend a pair to anybody interested. I've had them well over a year and they still work the same as when I got them. Besides a few flaws I'm still happy with my purchase and the good outweighs the bad.

Got these about 8 months ago, the sound is great, noise canceling works pretty good. The worst thing is they don't stay in your ears. I've tried many different type of ear tips and nothing works. Even sitting down you can feel them slipping out, forget about running. I started using my first pair of buds again, glad I didn't trade them in.

They are great at seamlessly pairing and I love that you can quickly pair to a different device. The sound quality is excellent and the app works well. I love the fact that the app shows how much life is left in both the buds and the case so I know when to charge it. They are the perfect size. I also like how they'll let me know when I got a new email or text message. Just an all around great product. Keep up the great work.

These buds deliver on every promise they make and then some. The comfort is superb, the audio quality is spectacular, the convenience is unreal, the battery is head and shoulders and above the competition, and the noise cancelation is second only to buds which lack supremely in the other metrics. How Samsung managed to push the limits on every single metric is beyond my understanding. I have ZERO complaints regarding these buds and I would be hard pressed to find slight issues with them. An actual masterpiece of engineering.

Excellent sound quality allows me to get the most out of my listening experience and really immerse myself in movies and TV shows. Sound is something a headphone has only been able to play loudly till the pro 2. Knowing what Samsung has developed along the way the latest quality delivered by my newest buds are unmatched in every category. Reviews had me considering but after owning its without a doubt the pro 2 is the highest quality sound plus base any headphone could deliver. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing my new S24 Ultra, I decided to also purchase these buds. The Samsung Buds Pro 2 are very well made with a small compact size and smooth materials. They are pretty simple to connect to a Samsung device, however, they are somewhat difficult to use the controls. The noise cancelling is good but not great. I own Bose earbuds and their ANC is much better. Overall not bad especially if you find them on sale. I recently received an AI update, I don't know what it actually does.
