[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted an easier on-the-go way to listen to music seeing as my current Bluetooth headphones were crumbling. I looked around at multiple wireless earbuds and found the galaxy bud pro 2. When I got them and started experimenting with them, the biggest shock to me was the 3d mode. I've never experienced something like that from ear buds. If you turned your head, the music "stayed" in its location. I spinned around my room a while just listening to my favorite songs sound like they were coming from one direction. Ontop of the directional mode, it has a 360 mode. It takes the audio and imitates the effect of sitting in a room with speakers. I never turn that setting off. The case they come in is absolutely tiny compared to what I imagined. I can put my keys, my buds, and my phone in one pocket and it doesn't feel that over packed. With light to moderate use the battery lasts me a couple weeks easy. The connectivity to my Samsung phone is very cool. So many settings I can change and play with, a Display I can look at on my phone or watch to see battery percentages and audio settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought the Galaxy Buds2 Pros, my first thought was how would they fit and sound. After opening the box and etc, I inserted the buds into my ears and BOOM! They honestly fit way better than compared to my Beat studio buds. The sound quality is impressive. The sound has a good balance between bass and treble, perfect for my ears and maybe yours too! The only down side I have to them is the battery life. They only last me 4 hour's till there low, but that's expected from most earbud brands. The battery life for the case itself last quite awhile not sure the exact number but day's on end. Hope anyone reading this review has the same experience as I have.

I also enjoy the fact that these buds can cancel background noise so that it makes it easier to hear my phone conversation. I like that it beeps to let you know when you have less than 15% left. The most important thing is the self charging case. I use my earbuds while doing yadwork, household chores, and while driving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my daily drive headphones and I truly love them. They sound so good, battery life is great. They make working and exercise so much nicer. Genuine impact on my life, BUT... The touch controls are really bad. I often work and these headphones touch zones activate by sweat and start continuous reducing the volume by itself. It's also hard to stop music when you intend to. It's common for me to attempt to pause while someone is talking and be unable to do so for 5 to 10 seconds of trying. Now if they release a version similar to the Apple pro pods with the squeeze controls with this same quality of sound. I'd put that in my cart immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only ear bud I have ever had that I had to turn down the volume because it was too loud!! I like that I can adjust settings to my liking. The noise canceling is awesome. As soon as you put it on, ot cuts down the noise 👍🏻.

And you can customize what the taps and holding does. Very good audio quality. Great bass. The Galaxy AI is also very good. The new Gemini is very helpful and works well with the buds.

I use them to record videos for my YouTube channel and the sound is great! I use them literally every single day. I absolutely love these ear buds! I ONLY buy Samsung electronics... phones, televisions, ear buds, laptops, etc. They never disappoint.

Phenomenal pair of earbuds with one major flaw; they lose sound constantly. I've had two pairs of these buds, and without fail, one of the two will eventually and suddenly get quiet to the point of being inaudible. The left bud in my second pair was unusable within a week of purchase. I switch to my other pair, and the right bud goes quiet wth an annoying buzzy quality to the audio within days. The fact that I would still give these buds three stars speaks to their other qualities: they are comfortable, sound great, and are some of the best noise cancelling buds I've experienced. I really want to love them but the constant sound issues are infuriating and unavoidable, which, for the price, is a deal breaker.

I also watch alot of videos on YouTube and movies on Netflix so I'm excited about that . Also haven't tried it hoping for a crystal clear voice call experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got them on amazon so I dont think it's a fault on samsungs part but my left side earbud stopped working after 1 month of having them. They could have been dropped in shiping or any myriad of reasons but for the price. All the features and the autio quality put them at a very high rating for me.
