The sound quality is outstanding and the features are great. I turned on the equalizer to bass boost since I felt like it was kinda flat compared to the buds live which were bassy. Design is great however if you can get a case is recommended so the matte painting won't peel off. 100% recommended.

I bought these Buds because I needed to take phone calls, hear classes, have zoom meetings, and still be able to do everything else! I've tried quite a few before these, but they die quickly, hang up on calls, and randomly disconnect or unpaired from Bluetooth. These are amazing and they fit my oddly shaped ears perfectly!

They don't disconnect from any Samsung device but I do have some complaints. 1st complaint : Battry life! I use them at school and at the end of the day the case is at 40%. 2nd conplaint: The ear buds fall out easily. I lost one of them and I tried to use Samsungs Find my feature but it wouldn't work Other then that, great earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these primarily for work. What I like the most about these, is 1. The clarity 2. The size and weight 3. The battery longevity. 4. The fit These have awesome sound. I work outside pressure washing and when I don't have nose canceling on its hard for me to hear my machine. With the nose canceling on, I can't hear at all. I have to turn that off so I can hear if mirror is running correctly. They are so small people have a hard time seeing them in my ear. I've been told I'm rude because they'll be taking to me, not knowing I have them in and think I'm ignoring them. Very light weight can't tell they're even in my ears. I'm usually running my pressure washer anywhere from 2 to 6 hrs at a time. They have never failed me one time. If I hear the low battery notification, I simply take them out, place them in the holder to charge and within 30 minutes I'm good for another 2 or 3 hrs. Very well done Samsung. They fit is great! They fit snug in my ears and have never fell out. My ear holes have never hurt or got infected from long use. The only problem is if I sweat, sometimes I have to rearrange. Sweat has never gotten in between the bud and ear drum. I've had other ear buds that this has happened. The way it connects to your device is so simple and I can even control them with my watch 5 pro. Amazing product and highly recommend.

They HOWEVER do not stay snug my ear. I even bought additional rubber settings and still they fall out with movement. Sound is great, ear fitting is not.

For context I run a lot, and I have a teach job. I've hopped from brand to brand finding the perfect everyday ear buds, and I ended up here. The best earbuds no matter who you are. I've never found Headphones that have such a perfect fit, it was an extremely pleasant surprise that these fit so perfectly almost like they were custom made. Not once had they fallen off on my extensive runs. At home too, I have a loud family, someone is always cooking, playing the drums, or the trombones. The noise canceling on these drowned out all of that noise. This is the first noise canceling that works. I even bought a second pair for my daughter.
