Ambient sound and noise canceling is superior to the other buds. I am actually able to here people talk without having to remove the buds.

I get all the high end sound with awesome bass and everything in between. Easy to use, fun to look at and sound quality canylt be matched. The best earbuds I've had so far. Keep up the great work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Buds 2 Pro are a comfortable fit. The base and sound is very clear when watching movies. Gives you that theater feel while watching movies. I really appreciate the fact that they can be located. I was misplaced my Buds and couldn't find the case. I used my Galaxy wearables app. It showed the last location address. Then when I arrived it made a chime sound to help me find them and let me know when I was close to them. Great investment. Galaxy AI unsure of how it's used with this product. But I guess it can be beneficial.

It is very portable that's in the purse. Well , for the case and easy to charge overall , I would rate this one of the better headsets i've had

compared to the buds pro, these are a lot lighter and instead of just jutting out in one direction, they angled the speaker compared to the body of the earbud to accomadate your ear much better. the hinge is less flimsy and doesn't jiggle at all and with stronger magnets, the anc is supremely good and makes me feel like i'm in a vacuum which i love. the eartips instead of being oval are round now which is alot more comfortable for long wearing sessions and the ipx7 water resistance is great if you're out in the rain or if you really want to swimming can work. these never fall out of my ears and when i put them in, i don't need to jossle them around they just go in and i'm done and no need to readjust them.

The people i am on a call with dont hear outside sounds like the wind. The buds connect quickly and seamlessly when i take them out of the case. A single charge on the case lasts for days. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy my buds carry them everyday. Sometimes even use them as just ear plugs in loud situations. But they are a bit hard to keep in tight. Tried the different sizes of the ear tips but still slip out a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good sound, perhaps the best I've had in terms of earbuds. I love how customizable the sound is to cater to your specific listening style. It doesn't fit in my ear quite as well as I had hoped, but they sure make up for that.

Frequently looses sound in both ears. Sent it back to Samsung support 2 times. Both timrs they send it back workung perfectly, and within 2 weeks the same problem. 95% sound loss in both buds. They should issue a refund or free upgrade. These are total garbage.
