[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think I needed to upgrade from my old Galaxy Buds Live and cheaper JBL earbuds but decided to get them discounted with my watch and tablet and have been very impressed. The noise canceling is good enough to leave the over ear headphones at home. I also love that you can view the updated location if I ever misplace them. Sound quality is a huge improvement as well. Overall very happy.

The audio quality is great though not noticeably much better. Noise cancelling is much improved and the pause when talking feature is super handy. Battery life could be better, especially when ANC is on, but the case does quickly recharge the headphones.

The headphones allow me to sing and capture videos at the same time without needing a mic. The audio is 100% better than any mics I've owned. The headphones stay charged and last a long time while recording. The case battery is amazing and lasts a long time as well. The headphones have become a new daily product I hold with me through my days! Couldn't imagine pairing with any other brand!

I have a pair of Galaxy Buds+ I've been using for several years now. I bought the Buds Pro 2 wanting to upgrade. They sound amazing but unfortunately they do not fit in my ears. No matter what size of ear tip I try or what angle I insert them, I can't get a seal that blocks out noise. Even with the ANC on sound still comes through due to the fit. They do not appear to extend into the ear canal as much as my Buds+ and I think that's the issue. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for them and they sound great.

I like all different sound modes; ambient, active noise cancelation, and 360 mode, when the sound fades in and out with the movement of your head. My only gripe is that they tend to slip out when you're sweating. Maybe come out with a clip behind the ear version or attachment for very active people. Overall far as price and quality, I highly recommend them.

They are a little tricky to get out but sound quality is nice and they perform very well. Have not had a chance to use the galaxy ai features yet but I don't doubt it will work perfectly.
