Had it for a a few weeks, seems well made and sturdy. The cushions are firm and since this is in the Sun room and will not used a lot, the firmness will be fine for sitting. The delivery men were on time, friendly and sat the couch up, unboxing and unwrapping it. However it did end up with some dirty handprints on one end that thankfully came out with some dilute dishwashing liquid. The chaise part appears to attach to the couch base as there are brackets on both pieces, however, it wasn’t clear how to do that so we opted not to. Since the chaise cushion is a solid cushion, it won’t be a problem. I love the light beige color!

This Abbyson Home Elliot stain resistant fabric sofa chase sectional is really nice. The no SAG steal sinuous springs is a feature that makes the couch very durable and comfortable. The extended leg rest is really functional and practical and the material overall is stylistic and beautiful

This sofa is very comfortable, with cushions that are soft yet firm enough to provide good support without feeling like you sink into them. The back cushions offer excellent support, and the armrests are the perfect height to help when sitting down or standing up. I also appreciate the stain-resistant fabric, which makes it easier to relax without constantly worrying about spills or dirt. Overall, it feels well-made, looks great in the room, and has quickly become my favorite place to sit and unwind.

This is such a sofa chaise sectional! It's very comfortable yet firm!! It is a medium size and will accommodate 3 to 4 people!! I would definitely love to have this piece in my home!!

Saw this couch at Sam's and had been searching for months to replace an outdated couch in our formal living room. The Elliot Reversible Sofa Chaise was the perfect fit and look! In addition, we purchased the two swivel chairs for the other side of the room which gave the entire room a new, updated, timeless look. The only question I have was whether or not we should further protect the "stain-resistant" fabric with an additional stain resistant method and if so, what is recommended? (**Additional decorative pillows are not included with couch)

I love this very comfortable sectional! The color is beautiful neutral and blends with many different styles. The cushions are soft and the armrest are at a great height. The upholstery is water repellent and stain resistant. 

Loved this sofa after we got it put together. It looked great and was very comfortable. But less than a week later the zipper broke on one of the cushions. I’ve emailed Sam’s and the manufacturer with no response.

Overall the couch is nice, but deliver was a huge pain. When I purchased the couch I was given a 12 hour delivery window, but was told when the delivery day was closer they would narrow the window down. Window was never narrowed down. I con at yes customer service and they assured me the driver would call 39 minutes prior to arrival. No phone call was made. Also couch was delivered with significant amount of dirt on the side

The fabric doesn't feel very smooth and is not very good texture wise. I also don't like that the long side cushion bounces if someone is seated on it. I think this furniture piece needs some work as it isn't very comfortable and doesn't have anything to really compensate for it.
