I didn't even know this bread existed! As I was hurriedly shopping through the store this bread caught my eye and sounded good. When I got home I realized the "best by" date was the next day and was upset. How was I going to eat this by tomorrow?? No one in my house will eat it (very picky eaters) but I tried it the next morning with coffee and WOW! This bread is AMAZING!! I read reviews and decided to just go basic with a little butter and boy was I NOT disappointed. I was raised in Germany so I appreciate a good hard crust bread with a little butter and totally satisfied with simplicity. I'm sad that I'm just now finding out about this bread and I don't know how long it'll be around (I'm sure it's seasonal). I am tempted to buy a few and freeze them. Yes, that good! If you're on the fence, give it a shot. I mean, it's less than $6 and beats out other "bakery style" breads I've found at competitors stores.

I used to like this bread, however, two things make it verboten now. The first thing was that the bread became often over cooked and hard. The second and final blow is that I am no longer willing and able to eat such unhealthy food. “Enriched flour”sounds healthy, but it is highly processed and contributes to blood sugar spikes. I so wish that Sam's Club would carry at least one healthy bread (other than the whole wheat sliced loaf). It's discouraging to see so many bread choices that are lacking nearly all of the essential natural nutrients.

This sourdough cranberry bread does not disappoint! It is excellent!!! We have eaten it fresh sliced, toasted, plain, with butter, with cheese… endless possibilities! Since it is artisan sourdough bread, the outside is crunchy with a soft inside. If it manages to last more than a few days, refrigerate it because there are NO preservatives. We wish it would be offered all year but we are thankful for the special holiday season treat!!!

This is an extremely delicious bread!!! Wonderful flavor and the crust is sooooo yummy! I've only tried it cut with butter not toasted yet and it was soooo good without even being toasted! I hope they keep this bread all year long! PS I have AGS Alpha Gal Syndrome and it does not have any mammal products I called and spoke with customer service to verify and I've had no reactions! LOVE!!!!

The bread I received (delivered) was baked 3 days prior. Cutting with a serrated knife was difficult. It's dried out. I suppose I'll toast it and try to doctor it up. I rarely leave a negative review, but feel the need. I don't want to drive 30 minutes back to the store to return it.

Finding good bread at a fair price in Las Cruces has been difficult to put it mildly, especially since Kind Bread closed. Then I found this Member's Mark Cranberry Pecan Bread at, surprisingly, Sam's Club. This is truly great bread. I slice it and freeze and then enjoy for breakfast or snacks. My favorite is to toast it and top it with Member's Mark Smoked Salmon for a quick and delicious breakfast. I'm also one that reads and researches the ingredients of everything that I eat and this bread is as healthy as it is delicious!

The flavor is great the combination of pecans and cranberries are perfect. But only giving it 2 stars as the bread was so dry and hard I could hardly "saw" through it. Two inches on each end of bread and about 1 inch of the outer was waster because it was rock hard. Wasted a lot of the bread due to the dried out rock hard crust.

Tried this expensive MM Cranberry Pecan bread and was so disappointed. It was so dry and heavy. I tried it toasted, warmed in the microwave, even dunking in my coffee. Nothing helped. I have been pleased with MM product quality, so took a chance on this bread. If I lived closer to my Sam's Club, I would have returned it. Skip this one folks.
