We initially purchased this as a "bread bowl" for a sweet dip. However, after Slicing a piece from the middle, everyone loved the taste of the bread. Used for a quick snack and toasted for breakfast.

It was hard and dry - very difficult to even chew. The flavor wasn't great but it wasn't bad. I tried drowning it in butter but it didn't help. I managed to make a grilled cheese from it that wasn't too bad though.

This bread has a great taste, but since the loaf is smaller and flatter than you might be used to from other bakeries, it bakes up dryer than you might expect. Therefore, it toasts up more crunchy and gets stale very quickly.

I have enjoyed this bread since first purchasing a couple months ago. Great toasted with a little butter and a cup of coffee for breakfast. I hope it becomes a regular bakery item.

The bread was excellent. I warmed it and we put an Bacon and apple jam on it. It was very tasty from the smallest grandchild up to the oldest all loved that bread. So I highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Best bread ever, excellent with coffee for breakfast , great for snack with milk.. WISH THEY WOULD BAKE IT YEAR ROUND instead of just the holiday season....intended to buy 3-4 for freezer but waited too long...now I have to go without until Oct-Nov.....
