Just finished putting it together. The packaging and assembly process wasn't too hard. Most important, my wife is very pleased with our choice of this product, and we love the asthetic of the all-cedar design

I bought it last summer and put it together in October after I finished putting in our patio. Very easy to put together with the BILT App instructions. We love the pergola. I put light on it and it looks wonderful at night.

We’ve had our pergola almost a year now. We love it. Erected it on an existing concrete patio pad. Installed string lights with brown zip ties which makes this beautiful in the evening.

This is definitely a heavy duty pergola built to last. Be sure to purchase from your local SAMS Club as the price is considerably lower.

Some of the boards were bowed making it hard to get some screws in on the cross beams. Otherwise it turned out beautiful.

Pergola looks great but mfgr shipped one rafter tail piece incorrectly so we had to modify to maintain proper placement otherwise looks great! Wood is soft and scratches easily, but touch up with stain pen works great.

Took a little TLC but worth it. We lacquered the wood first and it highlights better. A little configuring since some holes did not align, but once it was up it looks great.

Overall, it looks great in our backyard. The directions could’ve been better. For example, it would’ve been nice for them to tell us how far apart the marking should be for the roof slats.
